Rude staff! After following the rules for tanning … today being my fourth visit I was looking forward to my five minutes the answer was that he only register once and quote”he wasn’t gonna get a write up for letting me do o five minutes and I should log in with my phone number next time ….” Wow

Worst gym in this neighbourhood. No free weights here only cardio machines.Gym management will just break your lock if you don’t know anything about locker rules on your 1st week.Impolite and rude staff.

Usually satisfied with price/value, but dislike that you have to tie your bank account and let them pull your money out rather than push from credit card or check. I like the hydro massage chairs which are available in most locations but the total body enhancement booths are hard to come around. Tanning booths are everywhere but I'm not a user.

Not open 24/7? then stop charging the full amount of monthly payment if you can’t keep up with your agreement. According to your agreement, your deal is your customers can access to your facility 24 hours 7 days!! Stop finding excuses!! do your business!! keep it open 24 hours 7 days !

So this is my first time at this planet fitness and I had a great experience. The people there keep to themselves and the staff was very helpful when I come through the door. I was helped by someone on how to check in and I really appreciate that. I will be back tomorrow for sure.

I love planet fitness, the price is right , employees are very curtious/helpful and their facility is so clean . The best part about it is knowing that even the locker rooms are relatively safe. Yes you should bring a lock all the time, but if you forget to and keep your phone and wallet on you nothing will go missing . The employees stay on point and in shape !!! Internal beauty from the employees brings out the inner beauty in others as well thanks !!! Also their is a stop and shop and cvs attached to the same building which makes things so convenient before or after a workout.

Very clean but a lot of broken stuff. The cleaning stations have broken paper towel dispensers. The mens locker room is also a little suspect. Many of the lockers are just broken off the walls. Doesn’t inspire confidence.

It was good, my roommate was very helpful at my first experience at the one near my house.Showed me the most important updates in terms of cleanliness and behavior.I really appreciate that confidence going to a fitness center.Thanks to all the staff for the help to.

Staff are nice enough, gym is clean, price is right, but super bummed about the stair steppers. There are four total in the gym and 3 of them are out of commission. 2 of them have been broken for over a month with the third breaking in the past two weeks. I asked the staff what the deal was and they said maintenance was supposed to come but hasn’t and they need two maintenance people to fix them. I’d really like to see them fixed, this is a busy gym especially during the week and if you don’t stake out the one working machine you won’t be able to use it.Update: Every stair stepper machine is now broken so if you want to use them don’t bother coming here. Taking another star off, kinda ridiculous it is that much of an issue to fix them. So much for the annual payment they just took out of my bank account for “new equipment”. Tried to ask the staff again and they said they have “no idea” when they will be fixed, so much for talking to management for an update on the stair repairs @Planet Fitness!Update 2: 3/4 stair steppers are finally fixed as of yesterday! Gave the 4th star back.Update 3: Back to 2 :/
