Only down is the machines specially the cardio machines brake down a lot and they take quite some time to fix them. Some treadmills are missing buttons and thy look pretty beat up unfortunately.

have had multiple issues with this location not wanting to allow member access to members of other crunch locations. if you pay for an all-access membership at any crunch (they're all around the same price) you should not be told when you walk in that you have to cancel and re-sign up with them. seems like they just want the credit for new units and are choosing to make it difficult on visiting members or members who have just moved there.

Great vibe and energy. All the free weights, cardio options and cable (4 towers) options you will need. If you are serious about being shredded and are annoyed by water cooler talk, emails, people calling you, girls texting you, etc while you're at the gym and are more focused on getting a great workout in and getting out! This is the place for you! We can do all those other things outside of the gym. Love the focus hereStill impressed by the low price, btw

Decent gym and can't beat it for $10 a month.They should have made putting a membership on hold easier during COVID (according to the front desk they charge $5 for a 3 month hold and you need to come in to put it on hold).

Great place to workout! Facility is clean and there is plenty of equipment. Trainers are knowledgeable and friendly! Love the HIIT classes! Gym is now starting to hold classes outside. Spring is a good time to try new classes!

I love working out at crunch fitness in norwalk. The staff is all very nice and cool. The facilities are great. I never feel judged and always feel safe and comfortable to ask the staff any questions!

My favorite place to be! Great atmosphere with upbeat trainers who push you to the limits!! They have the members best interests to reach their goals. Whole team there is so friendly and courteous. Gym is spotless and has great safety protocols for covid. Highly recommend working out there.
