The equipment is well maintained, the area is clean and the staff are friendly. Only thing is bring your own clips for the squat rack.

This is an extremely WORTHWHILE club to be returning back to...Other gyms have nothing on what Norwalk and Stratford have to offer for the same money...Its difficult to even know how their so called competition even survives...On a final note, may I say what a breath of fresh air that Bianca, and Jaydel both bring to the warmth of this setting...Not to forget of course an unsung hero my the name of Escobar!!

Decent gym with all the equipment , but too small and too many little teenagers take up all the benches and machines , instead of playing ball or running or swimming. But for $10 a month, you get what you pay for.

3 stars because they have gym equipment lol but the bathrooms haven't been cleaned in weeks. I have video from the first time I went after the re-opening and again this morning. I have made a complaint, weeks ago, seems to not have had any affect.

Amazing environment and great vibes. The staff has true beautiful people. This is the type of place where everyone knows your name and gets along. At times it feels like we don’t take kindly to strangers but that all because we are such a tight knit gym community. If you want to go get swoll or just chat it up in the parking lot puffing a bogie, this is a place for kings!

Very clean gym. Good equipment. The team at the front desk is great.Extra shout out to Joe - who’s always smiling, very knowledgeable and always helpful. Appreciate him and his calibre of quality customer service.

Nice gym, but there's no love here. I come every evening and the locker room is usually a mess. There are weights and accessories out of place and scattered all throughout the gym. Sometimes it's impossible to locate a weight or attachment because it was never returned. There should be staff attending to this mess.Overall, if you like a gym that's a bit grungy, with used paper towels all over the floor, run down equipment that needs replacement staff that doesn't bother to return equipment to its proper place and wifi that hasn't worked in nearly 4 months, then this is surely the place for you!I wonder if what will happen in a few months when the new Planet Fitness opens a few blocks away.

CLEANLINESS: Overall cleanliness is not good - material on the machines is cracking everywhere.CANCELLING: I tried cancelling my membership and sent 3 e-mails in April and May. They then charged my card in July when they opened again, and said they won't accept e-mail as a form of cancellation, even though I followed instructions on the website.They won't refund my money, even though the reason I signed up with them was because of their lax membership policy compared to other gyms, that do this exactly.

It’s a good gym for the price, the only bad parts are the parking and the size of the facility. Other than that they’ve got a decent amount of machines and free weights.
