Crunch Fitness - Norwalk

I signed up as new member and Crunch was offering first day free training,all trainers texted and canceled on me one after another .I don’t y but I end up cancel the account with Crunch and I will never do no business with at all .management scam

Nice clean place, good well maintained equipment, friendly staff... all undone by members (all races, ages, hours) who monopolize equipment. "Gym etiquette" signs stating if doing multiple sets, clear off to give other people a chance... too bad nobody follows the rules. Some even "stake claims" by blocking a machine with barbells, disappear, then get upset if they come back and find you using "their" machine. One guy just sat in the fly machine watching TV, maybe every five minutes doing a couple of flys, then TV again - "I'm using it." Another bunch of "frat boy" types hanging around ten feet from machine talking, but won't allow anyone near. Trying to talk like an adult goes nowhere. A real problem - probably cancelling

This morning older woman said not to use the machine. because it was going very fast. and he could be ruined. she said it in a very rude and yelling way. Until today I was very happy with the staff is works there but today they made me think totally differently, I pay my monthly membership and if the case of a machine came to ruin, for Thad is membership, in the same way, we are three memberships which by far You can gladly cancel if you don't like the way we do exercise.

I’m giving Crunch a 1 star rating. About a month ago,. I canceled my membership for my son and I and in order to cancel you would need to email the manager, you cannot cancel in person. So once I canceled it, I was still getting emails stating I still owe a balance for my son. Well, how is that possible if I canceled already? I should not owe anything. On top of that they are making me pay the balance I should not owe! Don’t waste your money going here.

Horrible membership options. Don't try to clarify any part of the membership contract at the front desk, they don't know either! Cancelling your membership is a nightmare. They devote a large section of the gym to personal training that the regular folk aren't allowed to use - even when it is empty. Two barbell benches for the whole gym to share - fun! Can't cancel a membership over the phone - for YOUR protection. (This is actually to make cancelling your membership nearly impossible - SAD!) Gym-goers beware.

One star is too good for this place. I joined in June 22, and also paid for personal training ($425.40) with my credit card. Due to me moving I told the trainer James that I would restart training (after 1 session) in August (I have text messages to prove this). This dang place went a withdrew another $425.40 from my bank (they have my debit info for the monthly payment). I called and had a conversation with the manager Chris, and he was supposed to call me back which he never did. I texted the trainer and he was supposed to get back to me and he didn't. They took my $850.80, and I did not get my training sessions. I disputed all charges with my credit card company and my bank. Filed a complaint with BBB, and I will be posting this review wherever I can until this issue is resolved. Oh, and they also blocked my access to my account on their webpage.

The classes are truly great which is why I often op for them instead of doing a self workout. However, there's not enough equipment for the amount of people that go here. Especially if you go right after work- you'll probably have to wait for a machine to free up. There are a lot of treadmills though. Staff is friendly!

Mike was extremely helpful to my husband and I by giving us vital information on the gym, as we are new to the area. Great customer service and we were at ease in joining crunch fitness…thank you again!

The upgrades at crunch have been really great! The only thing is I like to go to the gym before work and use the showers and the showers are never clean. The floor is dirty and there is always hair all over. If the showers were cleaned more often especially in the morning, it would make my experience at Crunch a lot better!

The friendliest, cleanest gym in town. Also they have the BEST customer service in Norwalk. Love it!
