The management is really AWFUL! I wish I could check the reviews before joining they gym! I cancelled my membership on Nov, my account was charged for the next month after cancellation, I got my REFUND back in March after multiple phone calls and in visits.

I love working out at crunch! Especially Joe who is always positive, informative and, makes crunch so enjoyable! He always tries to help others whenever he can. He definitely is a huge asset to crunch!

Worst gym! I was racially profiled while working out with my niece. The manager (Kris) made us feel singled out. We were The only 2 black girls in the gym at the time!!! He targeted us for recording ourselves on our phones!! He has no Right to tell us how to use our personal phones for our personal use!!!! He told us to turn off our phones!! Meanwhile He/we witnessing other white people all around us in the gym using their phones, and to him it was not a problem for them to do it!The gym lost a loyal member and a guest for potential membership! Horrible management. Bad judgement!! Picking at your gym members and making a big deal over something so small!! I will never go back and don’t recommend this gym!!!. Worst gym experience I ever had!!!!!!!!

A must-visit if you need to work out while chomping on a Kit-Kat. I did my curls while munching M&Ms and had the time of my life. I plan to come back next year and masticate a Kinder. Or maybe gnaw a Twix. So many options at Crunch Fitness Norwalk!

Told my girl stop going here! Completely disgusting how too lazy to clean! Machines not working nor care to fix them! These young staffers all they care about is being on their phone selfies and social media!

I was a Crunch member since 5 years ago, today that I went to do my workout like any other day, a gym staff came to me and KICKED ME OUT just because I was wearing FLIP FLOPS, I was like “nah, bro’s tripping) but yea, he kicked me out, First time I see a person get kicked out of a gym because that person is wearing sport flip flops. Thankfully I just canceled my membership.
