HEALTH AND SECURITY CONCERNSIf you are looking to join a decent and a professional fitness club do your homework, the main issues is having a front desk that at times has no one there please iock your valubles, another hot issue is hand sanitizers are not filled, in regards to the sanitation the odor and smell in the mens change room is putrid no air flow, to be on the fair side staff is friendly and the location is convenient.Better Business Bureau grade: FBetter Business Bureau consumer review stars: 1.06 out of 5

The facility is pretty clean but most of the staff there are very rude. They get annoyed if you ask them a question or need something. I know it is a gym and you are there only for the equipment and such but still human interaction is important and people being rude is never the vibe. Last time I try and ask a question there.

Most affordable gym membership. Great machine variety.

I jus recently Joined Planet Fitness, and, must say it’s a very impressive facility. The amenities are countless with a Professional Staff that will answer each and every question asked. They will take the time to show you how a particular exercise equipment works, of course with safety being paramount. I’m looking forward to making this my new “Hang Out” location with plenty of healthy benefits.

The attention at the front desk is TERRIBLE. The young woman who serves in Spanish is super rude and unpleasant. I've had it twice, why are they in public service if they don't like it or train them? Thank goodness my contract ends in 2 months

This Location is very convenient for me, the staff (with a few exceptions) generally don’t pay any attention to folks coming in or out just heads down on their phone or talking to each other. I don’t really mind that at all seeing as I’m just coming in to work out. But PLEASE PLEASE can management make regular locker rooms checks, the shower curtains in the mens room are COATED in mold always. Now I love Fungal Biology as much as anyone but not when I have to shower next to it. I would rather not post photos of it here to turn more people off of this place but it never seems to get cleaned so I’m not sure what else to do. It’s disgusting.

They have a psychopath working the font desk. This young needs seriously mental help! Acting in the manner she did totally uncalled for!Unprofessional acting like a child and harassing certain members.

Staff is always on their phones, maybe only two of them acknowledge you when you come in or leave. The gym is supposed to be open at 7am on the weekends, but they are often late and will open past 7:30 or 8. This is extremely unprofessional and frustrating. Hire new people if they cannot be responsible.

Used this Planet Fitness while in Ct. on business (using my Black Card) facility was clean and neat and Emma at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. Thanks for making me feel at home. Keep up the good work.
