The staff act like children. Ever heard the saying, ‘idle time is the devil’s playground?’ They act like you owe them something. No one else at my others gyms was ever this rude and petty. Grow up. Sadly I need to use this gym despite rude attendants trying to ruin a long day. Also, too many people working there at one time. Machines can do their work. Beware if you value quality

I’ve been going to planet for awhile now but the last two times I was there had a very unpleasant experience with a new Attendant Kat. She was very irate and had a horrible attitude. She even went as far as telling me I could leave because I felt like she was signaling certain individuals out, with out any explanation. As a customer at this location no customer should be harassed by an employee while working out or tolerate that level of disrespect. Nice location but a not so nice person running this location.

New location and really nice amenities, nice locker room and lots of equipment. Staff is great.Reason for 4 stars is, due to the location, this place gets WAY TOO CROWDED. If you come on the weekends or some "weird time" (10pm to 3am on weekdays), it could be a great gym for you due to all the equipment. But outside of those times, be prepared for long lines to use equipment with beginner level lifters/athletes using TERRIBLE form and not understanding ROM or intensity when lifting. So good luck getting an actual "workout" in lol.

Never open on time if you see the picture. It's supposed to open at 7 AM on Saturday but it's 7:30 and it's still not open. People are waiting outside. Horrible service. Very unprofessional.

Clean, has some good machines, and it's never overcrowded. Though the dumbbells don't go above 70lbs, can still get a good workout in.

There's a new management team and they're great. The gym is cleaner and they clean and sanitize frequently and thoroughly. As someone who is in the high risk group for contracting COVID-19, I'm very happy they're now enforcing a full-time face mask requirement, as well as the social distancing of the equipment that other gyms are also practicing. I feel safe. Great job guys!

I went to the gym today it was so hot I could not even stay and finish my workout. I don’t understand how it’s safe for a gym to be as hot as it was. It did not seem like the workers were trying to fix the situation.

I am updating my review. I want to thank the owner and managerment for actually reading the reviews and working to make things better. It is a joy to see some of our membership fees are being used towards making the gym better. I am happy to say I love my Norwalk PF. We have ALL NEW MACHINES. It is a comfortable environment where you can enjoy your workout. Small, not to large to feel overwhelmed. I haven’t the chance to take advantage of the personal training but looking forward to making an appointment. Only thing I’m sad about is Norwalk PF is missing is the hydro message table. Not everyone is interested in tanning. Overall is it good, the new machines made all the difference.Just joined a few days ago basically because it’s walking distance from home. I agree with other person who discussed the state of the place. I signed up with a young lady at the front desk who had very little customer service skills. She basically only knew how to read from a script of what the place had to offer. Once she took my money. She did not show me around the place just basically give me a member card and walked off. The place is like working out in your mother’s basement with machines from early 2000. The treadmills make loud shaking noise when running. And they’re no good if you have knee problems because when you step there is no shock absorption. It’s like running on the pavement. They still have the old box TVs where the color and picture isn’t correct. There are about 4 or five flat screens. But you can’t hear because the old cardio machines don’t have headphone plug. You couldnt hear either because when someone runs you hear the slam of each step. From my sign up experience and the poor state of the place owner seems only interested in collecting fees and care little about the customer. I decided to sign up because exercise is important and I don’t have to drive here. Not sure if I will renew.
