UPDATING MY REVIEW: Why Why WHY?! Did you ruin the last good thing about this gym by completely changing all the old machines?!?!?!?! There was nothing wrong with them! These new machines are SO awkward and you can't adjust them as well! Plus we lost so much space with all the new equipment. This gym is a ghost town, lots of cancelled memberships because of this...after 6 years I will also be cancelling.

When I signed up I was supposed to get a tour of the facility and a free tee shirt and some other stuff. It's a decent place to work out, but their people just don't seem to care about the customer experience.

Would be good if they fixed broken machines. None of the TVs work and haven't for far too long. Needs some attention from owners. Members and staff have complained with no success. Management collects dues without a problem so fixing machines shouldnt be one.

For the price you pay I find it to be a great place! I go early in the morning and the lady at the front is great. The place is always clean and 99% of the equipment, while older models, is working compared to a few other places around. Great Value.

Friendly staff, clean environment, machines are working properly and there are enough free weights for mid level athletes. Up to 80lb dumbbells and up to 60lb fixed weight bars

The gym is clean, it is not congested, there is a great variety of machines and the manager, Joey, is pleasant, always greets us with a smile and wishes us a good night before we leave. Excellent!

Good equipment.Staff during the weekdays are rude and obnoxious. I watched them cheer an attractive lady that walked into work out. Chanting and clapping as she walked by the front desk. Consistently laughing and goofing around with each other with 0 attention to their job. What a circus. Useless employees.

It's OK. They took over an older gym, so there's not as much light or space as you might like in a newer gym. The treadmills are older models that show their wear, but it's fine to fit in a basic workout while waiting out the commute traffic northbound. Men's locker room has a decent amount of space and large lockers.

I have been going here for a month and I love it. I don't understand the bad reviews. I had read them gave this place a chance and I am so happy I did. The staff is awesome the place is clean. I will def think twice when I read a bad review somewhere again.

This gym is beyond great. You can't beat the $10/month price ($20 if you want to use any Planet Fitness), and unlimited use of a trainer. The trainer awesome. Sometimes it's just me, and sometimes1 or 2 others. I get the same attention and workout either way! I work out 7 days a week, and work with the trainer Mon-Fri. Someone said the customer service is terrible, but I disagree 100%. Everyone at the desk has been super friendly and helpful. The equipment is great and regularly maintained.
