Clean, staff is friendly and supportive. I'm not a gym rat by any means but they make me feel comfortable and safe!And also I was 2 days late on my monthly payment (expired card.. yes my error) and I was approached while on the treadmill.

I LOVE this planet fitness. I was always a bougie gym girl and went to F45 or LA Fitness but since this gym was brand new and affordable I decided to give it a shot. The benefit of the membership and the black lounge they have is super nice. I love all the amenities. After reading some reviews I found it pertinent to say that I have NEVER had an issue with staff. They always say hello to me when I walk in and bye when I leave and that is it. One time one of the floor workers even readied a paper towel for me with cleaner which was nice and completely unnecessary. I come back at least 5 times a week. I go at either 6:30am or 4:00pm and the crowds are usually smaller around those times. I would definitely recommend for a clean and affordable gym!

New location was wonderful when they first reopened. Staff was friendly and helpful, and it was always clean. I’m not sure what happened to change all that but the staff seems to spend 75% of the time on their cell phones. Four machines have been out of service for over a month and it’s filthy. I have been a member for more than 10 years, and the only reason I stay is convenience and the regulars, some of whom I have become friends with. Other then that I’m in and out as quickly as possible. Adding to this, Saturday 10 or so of us standing outside, I finally left when nobody showed up to open by 7:15. Calling is not an option, it’s impossible to reach management.

Great hours, love the cleanliness and 24 hours during the week, good spot near a super shoprite and good parking spacesBut its PF and lots of weirdos go here so knocked a star. It is PF anyways after all

Very poor customer service skills. Staff is rude and belligerent, Manager Brian Swetz will cancel memberships for any complaint. So far, new location is clean, but time will tell. Better places to go.

Big very careful when dealing with this facility as the billing practices are very sneaky.... when I went in and received a copy of my original contract they changed dates that were not on the original contract before they gave me a copy... this is by far the nastiest facility and we did not even use the membership a total of 10 times in the past year... so not only did we give them free money they charged us a yearly membership fee when we had not even accessed the gym for a 12 monthPeriod .... when I asked to call corporate they made it clear that it was privately owned and there was nothing corporate could do so I was out of my money... he told me that I could make a complaint and it would just be rerouted to him so I was welcome to waste my time.... I suggest you find a gym who has better billing practices especially in such a time like this

Great place to workout. Staff is a little hard to talk to and they don't seem very trained on the equipment in the gym. But overall a really pleasant place to workout

The showers and bathroom are no up to the standards of planet fitness, I believe the ceo or Vice President should came in and take a shower and see if they like it. I don’t see the staff members cleaning up the machines, they should me more active on that area as well.

The facility is brand new, the staff is very friendly and helpful. There is ample parking, very clean and well maintained. It’s perfect for a quick workout and it’s priced nicely for all.Well done

They have the Life Fitness model of the arc trainer (first thing I look for at every PF, sorta determines if I do my routine at the location 😆), which is still great and everything is calibrated correctly. Staff is friendly and accommodating to BC from other locations. Location is great. Space is a little confined, but they make up for this by having all of the awesome PF amenities and equipment, including the PF 360. Everything looks new and clean. Staff keep up with cleaning by doing regular walk-arounds. I think the only critique I have, which is not enough to knock my review down a full star since I’ve seen this at other locations, is not having spray bottles in the locker rooms and showers to spray down before and after use. They also have the Rockbot app, which allows you to be the DJ requesting up to three songs at a time. Members seem cool and self-focused. I would definitely recommend joining this location. 👍
