Top notch experience, one of my best ever to date. Endearing staff, welcoming environment, and a whole myriad of services to choose from. Highly recommend! My therapist Taylor provided me with my best spa experience to this very day, a delight from beginning to end. She had an abundance of Cbd products to choose from and incorporate as well as methods I’ve never experienced such as cyro treatment and hot stones.

We had a couple's massage with Shaun and Lisa as our therapists. Both were professional, friendly and had amazing techniques. Very attentive to client's wants and needs. Enhancements included are truly a special treat. Would highly recommend this Spa, as well as both Shaun and Lisa.

Shawn white is a master of the pain free massage! He was spot on to where my pain was! Not only did he release my pain but he made me feel amazing all day after! The hot stones where so amazing. I honestly was on cloud nine the rest of the day! Can’t wait for my next appointment! You guys are the best!

I felt the minute I walked in the spa a tranquil pleasant environment. U was initially greeted by Sean, the owner who was very polite, accommodating offering a beverage etc. Jessica, the massage therapist I worked with took personal responsibility that my experience at JB was first class. During our time together I told her this was the best massage I had ever received. She was so in tune to what my body needed. I'm coming back for sure.

Jessica is a miracle worker. I've not had much mobility in arms and legs for a couple of months. My neurosurgeon suggested I get a massage. I needed a true therapuetic massage and not a "spa" massage, so I set out looking for someplace that offered that. I hadn't been here or even heard of it, but because of the reviews, I made an appointment. I am ever so glad I did! Jessica worked on me and I had more mobility after leaving than I had since November. I was so impressed with her, the facility, and the level of customer service, that I bought my sister a gift card because she just has to try it! I don't know about anything about the earlier reviews concerning clientele, but I personally don't feel like those reviews are a fair assessment of the actual massages and service you receive here at JB. If you want the best massage in St. Louis (and I've had MANY), make the appointment! I don't ever leave reviews unless I had a really bad experience or a really good experience. I would give this 10 stars if I could. Thanks Jessica!!!

Jessica gave me the most relaxing massage I have ever had in my life! She used this sugar scrub that was so amazing it made my hands feel like silk! And the warming gel smells incredible! All my back pain was gone! And I got the full 60 minutes I paid for! And the front desk staff was super friendly and helped me plan my next appointment! Well done all the way around!

Never before did I enjoy a massage. Shawn gave me a really great hour long massage and it was very enjoyable. My wife had a massage at a Jennifer Brand. She gets them pretty frequently and she said it was one of the best.Very clean and attractive facility.

I started coming here 3 months ago and had my third massage today. The staff is absolutely phenomenal and I always thoroughly enjoy my experience here. They are very accommodating, don’t charge extra for things like oils or stones, and even have things like extra hair ties, individually wrapped toothbrushes, and dry shampoo in the bathroom! Shawn is my therapist, but Jessica is amazing as well! He always listens to what hurts and none of my massages have been the exact same. He tailors each one to fit whatever my body needs that day. I have a toddler and while some days it’s my back, other days it’s my legs that need the attention. I truly cannot day enough great things about Shawn and Jennifer Brand Spa! Thank you thank you thank you!

Wow what an excellent place to be treated right and get the best massage! Shaun was very accommodating in scheduling and Jessica was awesome with the massage itself. I did a 1 hour back massage and they give you the full 60 minutes in the massage. They don't stop at 50 minutes like many other places do. The $70 flat price was fair considering they can do many oils and stones at no extra costs. Do give them a try and see for yourself and I will return!

Today was my first ever full body massage. I admit I was a little nervous and really didn't know what to expect; however, Lisa was recommended by several of my neighbors. She was very professional and patiently walked me through every step. Although this was my first massage, I feel the quality of her work was exceptional. Great job Lisa! I will definitely be back!
