Great welcoming team at the front desk . I'm always impressed Jimmy knows everyone s name who walks through the door. Facilities are usually well kept. I noticed there was no toilet paper on the second floor women's restroom today.

This review is regarding a mistreatment that I received on 5/14/22 in the massage room by Cassandra Davis at the Lifetime fitness Chesterfield location. She put one of her hands on my upper right shoulder for approx. 35 minutes, while her other hand was holding her cell phone. I saw the cell phone shadow through the massage headboard and turned around and asked her what she was doing. She said she was checking her schedule. I can’t believe that she acted in such an unprofessional manner during the massage, and I felt very discriminated against. I have contacted the general manager to complain and am waiting for a response. In the meantime, I am seriously thinking about quitting Lifetime and demanding a full refund, if this is how they run a business and treat their customers.

I’ve been meaning to post this for a while. I have been a member of lifetime fitness for many years and I am a very active member, I am at the gym almost every day. I am giving a one star review because of the bad gym hours and failure of management to show any interest in fixing the problem. Lifetime Ellisville closes at 10 pm on weekdays and 9 pm on weekends. This is unacceptable. Lifetime when I joined was a 24 hour gym, then started closing at midnight but would allow members who enter before midnight to stay and finish their workout late. Now everyone is evacuated at 10 pm. Several of us have spoken with management several times about this and nothing has been done and I no longer expect anything to be done. My last communication via email to the general manager Bradley Bryan was a few months before January 2022, and in his response he said his goal is to go back to precovid hours by January 2022. I am writing this review on July 2022 and gym hours haven’t changed yet. Since COVID restrictions have been lifted, lifetime membership fees have gone up, and operations are back to normal. A lot of other active gym members like myself who have a very busy life and would appreciate later hours at the gym. Quite often at 10 pm upon closing, there will be several uncivil arguments between staff and members and kicking members out. This has happened to me before where a gym employee told me it’s time to leave 9:59 pm. I am well known at the gym and friendly with everyone and follow the rules. I was on my way out and wasn’t the only person at the gym, so I responded to the employee “who I have never seen before” with a friendly smile, yes sir let me finish this set and leave in 30 seconds. This employee gave me nasty look and responded in a rude tone” YOU DIDN’T HEAR ME, I SAID YOU NEED TO LEAVE NOW”. Note that I have not seen this employee at the gym for several months for complete honesty and fairness.I am a very busy person and this is an honest review out of my frustration. Several members and close friends of mine are going to post similar reviews out of our collective frustration soon. Lifetime Ellisville is a good gym, but for the high membership fees, I am giving them a one star review for poor management and lack of care for paying members, especially that this is no longer a single person problem, the gym is usually full of people at closing time all arguing with gym staff. If I get a response to this review to contact the gym management for feedback, I want to make it clear I have already done that several times as I stated above and nothing was done, another reason for my one star review. Membership dues keep going up and gym hours problem isn’t being resolved. Other lower tier gyms in the area open 24/7.I have a picked an elite expensive gym because I am willing to pay the increasing fee for elite service, a service that is no longer being provided. I will be updating this review once management finds a reasonable solution, so I would no longer have to cut my workout short 4 days a week.

I have been a member here since before it even opened, and I am sad to say that I can no longer support this money hungry gym. The equipment has only lost its luster and gotten worse over they years, with maintenance being needed on several items. They now charge 30$ on top of your guest pass to bring a guest to the pool on weekends. They increased the price point of my membership by 2x, all while they made they reduced the hours they were open from 24/7 to 5-10. The pretentious new hires are really ruining the gym atmosphere as well. One of the only bright spots with the entire staff is Jimmy, he was very kind and willing to work with you. They even increased the time span that u can bring a guest from once a month to once every 60 days. They really are willing to do anything for the extra dollar. The equipment is genuinely subpar compared to other lifetimes and even golds gyms. The basketball court is also never available to the public because they use it for daycare, and pickleball. Honestly shameful since some people come to the gym exclusively for basketball.

Customer service!!!They go the extra mile for you with their undeniable customer service.I just got signed up for a new membership with Jimmy which he couldn’t have been a better guy and a representative to work with. I was getting ready to work out and I realized I left my headphones at home. The worst feeling ever..I headed over to the cafe in case they sold any and the Café Manager, Alex was so kind and helpful to lend me a pair.. it was a life saving moment. Not to mention, the headphones were an older generation and she even found an adapter for it to be compatible with my iPhone. Alex & Jimmy truly made my day and will be forever grateful for them and their hospitality.

I wanted to wait a bit before reviewing our new gym, to allow my rose-colored glasses to properly fade back to reality. We've been members for two months, and absolutely love the West County Life Time gym. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming - from the member associates at check-in, to the Life Café staff, to the trainers and class instructors - everyone makes you feel welcome and glad to be there.I mostly utilize the group fitness classes and treadmill areas, while my husband spends more time weightlifting and swimming. Coming from other gyms like Gold's, 24 Hour, and Club Fitness, Life Time is just on another level. Sure, the cost is higher - but you definitely get what you pay for.The cardio and strength training class instructors are top-notch, delivering great workouts that are as fun as they are impactful. The hot yoga classes are great, too - I try to attend 2 classes per week and have noticed a dramatic improvement in my balance and core strength. Since coming here I've been able to overcome a fitness plateau and am already noticing a change in body composition.I really like the class reservation system on the Life Time app; it's great to plan my fitness routine a week in advance. The gym is always clean, and for those that care - they are taking every precaution related to pandemic restrictions. The only feedback I can think of at this time is that it would be nice to have a dedicated walking path through the weightlifting area to get to the Yoga & Pilates studios (to not interrupt and walk through workouts, etc.)

This place is like a country club!!! The cleanest, nicest lock rooms I have EVER seen at a gym. Cafe has delicious options and the staff is always nice and welcoming. The pool here (both indoors and outdoors) is so nice and I love the smart work out equiptment!
