This isn't by any means a terrible dream. However having to pay $39 for a day's pass is highway robbery. What I mean is compared to the Ballwin community center, this place has a five hundred percent price increase.

“We don’t treat our customers as individuals” - an actual quote from Elizabeth when I called to try and cancel my membership. My income was cut back and my Father became ill... I thought they might understand that due to these extenuating circumstances that the dues are too much at this time and they are bleeding me dry... but all they care about is the almighty dollar... I’m disappointed to hear FROM THEIR STAFF that I’m a dollar sign and not a person... I’m actually genuinely hurt by that statement... I guess I have to pay out my dues but I will not be doing business with them again... which is a shame... their facilities are fantastic... i had a personal trainer for a while named JD who was outstanding and I would recommend him to anyone... I just don’t like this feeling of “not being treated as an individual”

My son enjoys the pool, but in kiddyacamey, they don't care how little kids are, and after one or two behaviors, the kids would be out of the programs.

In regards to the salon....if you go here to get a haircut and have curly hair, DO NOT let Olga cut your hair. Worst hair cut of my life. She has no idea what she is doing with curly hair. Poor customer service experience as well.

It was an amazing place, I enjoyed my membership for more than a year till they charged me an extra fee for something they assure me that I'll not be charged. When I called and explained the lady told me that what I'm saying is not true and its not mentioned in the record. Interestingly when I went to cancel my membership other lady asked me if the reason of cancelation is the extra fee she will be waived it, but I proceed with the cancelation and looking for other place.

OK, it's pricey. If you want to make a commitment to your health this is the place to go. I don't know where to begin... Plenty of up to date cardio equipment, free weights, machines. Super duper clean (I should have lead with that). You really don't appreciate how clean it is until you are in a facility that doesn't put a value on cleanliness. Try it out!

I've been a member at Lifetime Chesterfield for about 5 months now and I have had a good experience on all fronts. I'm now paying about 3x what I was at my previous gym but to me, it's worth it.The place is run very professionally and is an all-around first-class facility, from the clean and country-club-feel locker rooms to the multiple saunas and hot tubs to the classes to the comfortable cafe where they serve my favorite coffee! (Peet's)All staff have been quite friendly and helpful at every visit, and if you're into personal training, I highly recommend Ryan. He is very attentive to my specific needs and has done an excellent job customizing a training, stretching and fitness program to accommodate some nagging injuries I've been dealing with lately. The Lifetime Training app has been really useful too. Also check out the huge pool with water slide in the summer....great for families and singles alike. The only downside I can think of is the higher cost compared to other options in the area, but for me the tradeoff is worth it. It's like most premium memberships: if you use it regularly, it's probably worth it.

Nice facility, but when it comes to strength training machines, they are very old style and never updated. I wish management keeps up with times. Also the gym never went back to 12 AM closing time, and continues to close at 10 PM.
