I have been a member since the place opened. I made the mistake of hiring people from the childcare center to babysit in my home, mothers beware there the girls are diagnosing your child without your knowledge or consent with ADD and ADHD. Some even go as so far to tell some mothers that their child should be medicated. This was told to me by a former employee. I have talked to other mothers there who have told me stories of neglect, not showing up for jobs, talking bad about the mothers and in one case theft. I left lifetime due to the outrageous diagnoses that one employee gave my son and the trauma she set upon my child. Because this was in my home lifetime could not do anything about it but know those people are there working with your child.

I found the staff friendly, however I left the country on business and they said I needed to come in to cancel. They increased their rates by email but you need to come in to cancel? After many long conversations they agreed AND it is their policy to charge for the month you as cancelling in AND THE NEXT MONTH! Read the fine print. I

My experience was a hot mess from the beginning. Personally, I would have liked earlier childcare hours/activities. I joined with the intent of working out with a trainer {they practically expect you to}, but the first trainer I met with gave me a 50 minute sales pitch and 5 minute workout - it was a complete waste of time and negated why I joined LifeTime to begin with {convenience/efficient}. The second trainer made excuses for the first and sold me on their services. I was told my LT Bucks that I PURCHASED would be applied but when I received my credit card statement I realized they were not and had to fight to have it adjusted, talking with a few different people including management. He put me with a new trainer {who was extremely sweet}, but it wasn't my style and I GAINED a size. You cannot cancel over the phone or online, so be prepared to spend a half hour waiting for someone to become available to cancel your membership, going back to their office and doing the whole song and dance.Honestly, I'm much happier and have lost weight working out on my own at home and at our club and I'm not surrounded with the negativity and lack of management that is LifeTime.

Horrible. I have belonged to this gym for several years- despite the ridiculously high pricing. Cannot believe the HORRIBLE service recieved . I cannot believe they HARRASSED a guest I brought in today. Then the sexist remarks made afterwards. I asked for corporates number and they gave me the number to a singles meeting line. Unbelievable. I canceled my membership immediately tonight and won't be back. Awful ran customer service that discriminates.

Place is well maintained and the best gym in terms of amenities in west county. We toured them all. Yes it is more expensive, but you get what you pay for. The kids section is why we joined the gym and it does not disappoint our son loves it.

Works for my family! I have 2 and 3 year old girls who LOVE the kids academy. My 3 year old gets a lot out of the classes they offer. Always impeccably clean and staff are so friendly to my kids. A good value if you take advantage of all they offer!

The place itself is OK, I enjoyed working out at this location but their customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. They only care about you if you're a current member, but heaven forbid you decide to cancel your membership, regardless of the circumstance. They are the absolute worst to work with, no-one returns my calls or messages. I made it clear that I needed a month-to-month membership while I was on maternity leave and that i wouldn't be able to go to the gym after my maternity leave ended. I was under the assumption that they noted that because i gave them specific dates and my membership card even had an expiration date on it. Well, they continued to charge me even though i wasn't using their facility and after calling multiple times they told me i had to physically go to the location to sign something to terminate my agreement. That expiration date on my card apparently didn't mean anything, how can any-one not assume that "EXPIRATION DATE 3/3/17" meant their membership ends that date? After physically going to the location and signing this termination agreement I have to wait ANOTHER 30 days before they stop charging me! You'd think given the circumstances of me explaining when I needed to end my contract on day 1 of membership (and giving them a specific date) and literally telling their staff i can't make it back to their gym after said date because i'll be back at work and wont have the time to work-out---that maybe they'd help out or try to understand. I was so transparent about my intentions there when I joined! I am just really upset at the miscommunication, lack of explanation during registration (I was very transparent about when I needed to end my membership), and that absolutely no help or direction was given until I had to call multiple times and leave multiple voicemails, for someone to explain the charges to my card. This cancellation process, aside from the 30 days after the termination agreement, has been well over a month. I would have never joined this place if I had known the level of customer service I would be given and the lack of direction and poor excuses given while trying to end my contract. I hope this experience is not consistent with other "members"-- my time there was great until then but this whole experience showed true colors of the type of business they are running.

This place is expensive. The sales team is pushy and unrelenting. I cancelled my membership and they continued to call for over a year even after I repeatedly told them not too. The facility itself is excellent but the business is awful. Be careful if you think you might join.

Amazing first time experience at this location, they were very pleasant when I first walked in till I left. This gym is one of the best I have been too. Highly recommended!

Their business model is archaic and they deserve to go out of business, let the markets decide. I represent their targeted demographic market. I can afford their expensive monthly membership fees. However, those of us who have become successful know it's about being smart with money. I am constantly relocating for my job and wanted to join them and pay month to month, up to $100 bucks a month. I did not want to pay a sign up fee. They couldn't even answer any questions about pricing without me giving out all my information which I refused. Any business where I have to give out my information before I get any information is not a free market business; it's a cult.
