Came to cancel my membership. I waited for 45 mins. The manager took 2 separate people before me to sign them up. I ended up having to leave and got nothing accomplished.

I come to this club at Ontario a lot for swimming. Recently the lap pool has been without heating for almost 3 months. It is freezing cold without exaggeration. No one goes there anymore except a few brave young athletes. I don't know are they working on it. I cannot think of a reason it would takes even most than even 1 week to order a heater and replace it immediately. I have never seen it take this long for all other pools. People are relying on your maintenance. How can we keep fit in your club if your equipment is not working?

This is an older gym and the restroom plumbing continously has issue with toilets and urinals. The atmosphere is okay. Typical gym crowd. If you're a gym rat you'll want to avoid leg day at this location. Plenty of squat racks but only one angled leg press which is continously taken by other "gym rats" that are on multiple pieces of equipment or just hanging out, socializing, or working out their thumbs on their phone. No bad vibes though.

This club has gone downhill when they switched out managers and maintenance guys. The jacuzzi has been down 3 times in 4 months. 2 swimming pools only one has a working heater. Mens locker room is dirty and no TP. Bring back the old manager and team.
