Third time in recent months 24 hr staff don't show up to open. Ironic since the name of the gym is 24 Hour Fitness.

Was lied to my face directly by the front desk stating that they do not offer guest passes anymore at that location specifically.Poor management and disappointed in the facility.Terrible experience and because of it, I’m enrolling at another 24.Didn’t even offer me pricing.

I miss the towel service they use to provide but no real complaints of the place my only gripe is that they havent gone to being open 24hrs like the chino or Rialto locations
