Chase explained everything and made signing up easy and smooth. The other employees were kind and the location was nice!

My review is on the lower end because EoS fitness doesn't fill my needs despite it is open late at night. I am a busy person with both work and summer class and my only free time to work out is late in the evening. I also been looking for a personal trainer for a some time now, and wanted to have one by summer. I heard EoS Fitness offers both 24/7 hours and personal trainers I registerated right away. I looked on there website servial times looking for more information about persona' trainers, but I couldn't find much besides they have them just come on in. When I go in they don't have any at night. Week has past and went in early on my day off to finally get a straight anwer. Personal trainers are only aviable from 5Am to 9PM. That info would have been very helpful if it was on the website, because am not free during those times. So for the time being, am just going to keep looking for another GYM that is also open late and offer personal trainers that can fit my schedule.

I normally workout at the Orem rec center however this evening they have a disaster recovery company there doing clean up after their fire sprinkler system went off. I thought I would check out EOS Fitness because I have friends who workout there. However, after filling out all of my information on their iPad and after listening to Taylor tell me all about their memberships. I said so can I workout now? Well, I can’t actually let you workout without your drivers license. So after explaining I did not have it on me. She sent me packing. Very very bad experience from a displaced gym goer! I am at Vasa now. No questions asked sure come on in and workout.

So I joined EoS because of their great rates and clean gym and I appreciated their rules so I can actually enjoy going to the gym. Now after a month, I am thinking I may need to cancel. I come to the gym to exercise on the treadmill and watch a movie they are never playing the movie on the schedule. No big deal I pop in my headphones. The 2nd problem is more of an issue I go swimming and they have people horse playing and splashing around and blasting their music in the pool area. I finished my swim and went to inform the person at the front desk, what was going on and nothing was done Gael didn't even seem to care, instead he continued to talk to his friend about some YouTube videos. If this happens again I will cancel and reverse all charges.

I’m a new member here and I got this membership for the sauna but let me tell you it’s never In working order. Even after I spoke with the Manager Chase who assured me this wouldn’t be an issue I’ve yet to come in this week and be able to use the sauna. I will have to cancel my membership and the staff could care less and they act like they don’t care when I ask them for any solution.

Eos is the best gym in Utah county! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a super clean gym with tons of new equipment. On top of that, there are tons of amenities like the sauna, towel service, massage chairs, etc. Chase did a fantastic job of showing us around the gym and creating a super positive first experience. Overall, this gym was a 10/10 experience!

Equipment is too close together so you’re always in someone’s space or they’re in yours. Chase (manager?) poorest customer service I’ve experienced in a long while. They preach no cancellation fees but fail to acknowledge that they force another payment despite any reason you’re needing to cancel. VASA > EoS

like itI thought this gym opening would ease a lil of the evening crowd but it feels the same . Love that there’s no depressing news on like at vasa.Also I just realized I sweat so much at this gym and I’m starting to think it’s because they sell you rags for sweat . They don’t have many fans and at times it feels like 72f inside

I like that the gym is 24/7 and has so much equipment but I had to give it a low rating for the cleanliness. I dont think the bathrooms get cleaned regularly. The stalls have a lot of dust and I noticed one stall in particular didn't have toilet paper for days (I like to use the same stall, thats how I noticed) Also I dont think they clean the lockers regularly because there has been a candy in one of the lockers for weeks and it's still there. I'm worried the showers may not get cleaned either although they do look decent.
