This is 100% a 5 Star Gym if they address some very fixable cons about this location.Cons:1. Turn DOWN the music! The music played volume is way too Loud. Even with AirPod Pro’s or Max’s at 60%-80% volume with noise cancellation on can’t cover the Gyms music playing. It’s distracting, especially when you’re trying to get in the zone with a workout or even worse is if the music choice is not your jam. Simple fix, just turn it down.2. The sauna in the men’s room needs more frequent attention when it comes to cleaning and maintenance. When they first opened it was continually cleaned but it seems that the cleanings have become less frequent. To the point I now see regular gym goers cleaning the sauna. The lights also flicker pretty intensely which can again be distracting and just annoying. No one wants a flickering light in their face for 10-15 mins. For me the sauna was a big factor in choosing EoS. Because, Saunas can get to a point were they smell like a “hamster cage” if not well maintained and sadly it’s beginning to happen at EōS (but can easily be prevented). I think frequent sanitizing wipe downs and mopping would do the trick.Pros:1. The Sauna is HOT. This location has the best temperature kept sauna I’ve experienced in a gym. Temp is always around 175-200.2. The overall cleanliness of the facility is pretty good. Sanitizing stations are always stocked. Drinking fountain areas are clean. Stretch and Weight areas are organized.3. Towel service ($10 added monthly fee) is definitely worth it. Since they opened there has been 1 time the towels were out.4. Updated equipment.5. They have some excellent staff members.

Been coming since opening, roof leaks all over the people and equipment, hot tub is shut down 70% of the time, heat and jets work, staff isnt capable of keeping chemical levels correct. Sauna is broken 50% of the time. Hard to believe this place is new

I typically am not one to write reviews however this experience made me very mad with Chase (Assistant General Manger).Walked in today for a 7-day trial pass. I have been to EoS when it was Golds gym back in 2019. I was excited to see a new gym near my house so decided to see how it was. I was greeted by the front desk workers(who were great and helpful), guided me through the process of getting a trial pass since I haven’t been to an EoS gym in 4 years. They passed me over to Chase(who I’m mad with). I told him I was in here to try out the new Orem gym and went to EoS back in 2019 and wanted a trial pass. He proceed to say “oh since you’ve already been to our EoS before, I can’t give you a free week, you’ve already had the EoS experience. So you’ll have to get a membership”. He was clearly being a commission hungry salesman!!I was extremely confused by what he was trying to pull with me and repeated myself by saying I haven’t been to an EoS gym in 4 years and only wanted to see how this new gym was since I’ve heard good things about it.He proceed to still deny my request. He said the only way I could workout today is if, 1. I pay $20 for the day 2. Sign up for a membership!!This experience has put a sour taste in my mouth with EoS and Chase!!

Love the atmosphere and the gym over all. Great equipment, great staff, great amenities, just an awesome gym. The saunas are separate and not super crowded. The cinema has great movies playing while you bike run or whatever. Can't go wrong with choosing this gym.

Came in to check out the gym. I’m a fairly experienced gym goer and was looking for a new gym. Met Camron , he’s super knowledgeable about how the gym works and what they have to offer. Great equipment and areas. I think I found a new home gym.

I wouldn’t recommend this gym. The separated saunas are one of the main reasons I signed up at this gym and the women’s Sauna is constantly broken. In the past 6 months I’ve tried to use it at least 3 times where it was broken or under repair and I had to let the front desk know 2 of those times. The tracks are in an incredibly inconvenient spot so everyone thinks they can walk across them, including staff, making it very unsafe for people trying to exercise in the track. Turf is absolutely disgusting and never cleaned/vacuumed, hair and garbage all over it constantly. Today I had to ask to have the overhead fans turned on! Not sure why a gym would ever not have those running for their guests, it gets hot working out. Bathroom could definitely use some attention, pretty messy all the time. I feel like the staff does the absolute bare minimum if it doesn’t include singing you up for something. I thought it being brand new would totally be worth it, and all the new equipment is nice but I liked VASA better and wish I didn’t switch.
