EōS is great! I’ve enjoyed my time here. I needed to cancel my membership for personal reasons and went into the gym to do so. Adam helped me out and the process went very smoothly! He heard my concern and offered solutions. He respected my decision and was efficient in cancelling my membership.

Adam and Lilian were awesome in getting me and my husband started. Best customer service everrrr. The facility is super clean. Staff do a great job at maintaining organization and keep the atmosphere comfortable. Best gym I've been to in years.

I finished the welcome tour and sign up yesterday and had a great experience. Adam provided all info I wanted and I didn't feel any kind of sales pressure. The gym is incredibly well designed and has some extremely cool amenities, and I'm really excited to get started!

Completely lied to me about the freezing process even though while signing up I made it very clear I was moving in the next few weeks and woke need to pauseAlso didn't disclose initial starting fee and tried to charge me making it sound like it was just the regular membership fee when signing me upGreat gym physically but very discovery business practicesWill not be continuing membership, very bad experience

I joined VASA when I moved to Orem and it was not a good experience. After checking out EoS it's way better. The place is clean, the staff are friendly, and the community is modest.

Second Edit: I had email and phone communication with someone addressing my review. The past 3 times I have come, the music has been quieter and sometimes there is no music in the recovery room (which has been fantastic). It seems like they addressed my feedback, so I renewed my membership and I am increasing the score to 5 stars.First Edit: Reducing score from 3 to 2 stars since nothing has changed, and the district manager replied with a canned response about how they want to hear my feedback... which I already wrote. Also found out I'm not the only gym member that is annoyed they can't hear their own music. Decided to cancel my membership.Original:This place is pretty great - I love the massage chairs, recovery equipment, and rack room. The equipment is well-maintained which is a big plus over the competition.There is one annoying issue I experience every day I come here, and that is the music volume! It is ALWAYS too loud. I use earbuds with active noise cancellation and have to crank up the music if I want to listen to my own tunes. It's especially apparent in the massage & recovery rooms, which are supposed to be relaxing. You can't hear feedback from your partner if you're giving them a massage in the shark tank, and if the adjacent cycling room has a class going, you might get a headache just from the bass. Everyone wears headphones in the gym anyways, so why blast the music?The times I have asked EoS team members to turn it down, nothing changed.Please turn down the music EoS, and I will gladly give you 5 stars!

I’ve gone to a lot of gyms. I like EōS a ton new equipment and great recovery options. But beware, the sauna is being worked on every other day and the hut tub is under maintenance every other day.

I love coming here, the 24/7 hours are a very great perk to this location plus its usually clean and the staff is kind. My only complaint about this place is there is no fan over the area with the plated leg press/hack squat/Smith machines and such. It gets way hotter in that area than the rest of the gym since there is no circulation so it can make working out over there a struggle. I know it's a hassle to get that changed if they were to but it would make a big difference. Otherwise a great gym overall and I enjoy coming here!

Great place to workout. They offer lots of classes as well. But the best thing about this place is that I got a membership with them to see if it would suit my needs and it didn't due to circumstances unrelated to their services. When I went to go cancel my membership, they were just as nice as when I was signing up. And there was an issue with my payment and they decided not to charge me at all! I was willing to pay since I had used their facilities for a couple of weeks, but they didn't ask for anything. If I ever decide to have a gym membership again, they will be my first choice. Totally different from every other gym I've ever tried.

This is by far the best gym I have been to since I have moved to Utah in 2016. It’s always extremely clean, the amenities are AMAZING. The staff always makes you feel so welcome any time of day. Additionally the personal training program is FANTASTIC! And, to top it off it’s 24 hours. 10/10 recommend.
