While the main workout area is well maintained and relatively clean the locker room and the area of the hot tub is never clean. This is a new location and we loved coming here but it’s just not being maintained well and it’s sad. There’s hair everywhere, the hot tub even had hair floating in it and there is slimy mold build up around the rims of the hot tub. The area around the hot tub is dirty and so when people walk in barefoot they can’t help but bring the dirt into the water. Also there should be a way for people to rinse of their sweat after the sauna before getting into the hot tub… there are no signs to prevent it nor any way to rinse off. I hope the swimming pool area as well as the locker room can be better maintained. So we can continue coming and enjoying working out at Vasa in N. Orem.

This gym is PACKED always. I’ve tried coming at different times in the day/night, but there’s always an absurd amount of people. Decent amount of equipment, but it takes forever to get a simple workout it. I spend about half of my time in the gym waiting for a machine/bench/dumbbells.

Vasa is incredible. There is a lot to offer at the Orem facility. The only issue is how busy the gym is. It's a scramble to utilize the equipment. It's typical to see individuals 'camping out' for a specific bench or machine. I talked to a staff member who told me, "today isn't even that busy - we typically get over 3k people per day who are utilizing this gym." They need to build more Vasa's in Utah County.

I’ve had a vasa membership for a year and a half now. At times I have enjoyed attending different group fitness classes. Lately, I have been using my membership exclusively for swimming laps. Unfortunately, I have shown up to the North Orem vasa a couple of times in the last two months to find out the pool is out of order for an extended period of time (2 days was the longest). It really put a damper on my training.

This gym is very well-kept together, and is a newer design. Especially in comparison with the other two similar gyms in the area, this one really stands out in cleanliness. Unfortunately it does get extremely crowded during peak times, but it is still an excellent location.

I’ve been coming pretty religiously since beginning of the year. I know everyone may not have the same experience as me but I’ve been super grateful for the staff. Rehabbing after ACL surgery and really focusing on my health has been a journey. Seeing daily some of the coaches like Alvin, Boo, and Rickey, then having them always ask how I’m doing goes a long way. Then I’ll walk in and see Anthony at times and he’s a hype man for sure. Im sure all the other staff is good but these are some that I’ve gotten to know over the months and it’s makes coming easy. Coming back was scary. They’ve helped me as I’ve had a simple question about form or machines. Say what’s up to them and the rest of the staff and they’ll for sure help ya out!The gym is what you make of it. There’s been a lot of good people I’ve met both working there and while working out.

Great gym cool employees, not worth it for how busy and crowded it is. I moved and forgot to cancel. The cancellation process is super annoying and drawn out, forcing you to add another payment profile to post cancellation fee ($25 but I am a student) could be a much simpler process. Won’t be returning since it feels like a money grab, there are probably plenty of people who have tried to cancel and haven’t because the process is frustrating. Doesn’t reflect well on the business. Will be using a local gym instead since this left a bad taste in my mouth. Bye vasa!

Vasa is nice BUT the gym is always so crowded and it's increasingly difficult to get a good workout in. The equipment is nice and gets the job done though. I'm not fond of the annual fee that charges for other stuff available like the classes, pool, tanning booths, basketball courts, etc., that I'm not interested in using. Vasa also has a cancelation policy which I think is ridiculous given their annual fee is already expensive. I've been at vasa for 2 years and eventually when we move from here I know I'm going to leave dissatisfied because I'll have to pay that cancelation fee.

One of the better gyms in the N Orem/ Lyndon area. Staff always friendly, studio red & cycle classes are top notch. My only complaint is this location is BEYOND BUSY and there just isn't enough equipment compared to how many people come to this gym. Don't bother going from 6 am - 10 or 5 pm - 9 pm. You'll just sit there waiting for equipment.

I love my gym! The staff are friendly, the equipment is clean and the people who go there seem to be equally as motivated about there fitness as I am. I see a lot of the same faces everyday and it feels like a community of like minded healthy people.
