I spoke to the manage, Tim, about my girlfriend being harassed at the gym multiple times. He said she was never harassed but I saw it. I have left complaints and nothing has been done. This cannot go on any longer.

One of the cleanest locations I have been to.Staff are friendly, machines are regularly wiped down, showers and locker room were free of garbage and bad smell.

Great location and very clean facility. The staff at the STrongsville, OHIO location is outstanding and very HELPFUL. GREAT gym and I enjoy going to the GYM. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great experience with lots of equipment.

24 hour tanning rule is unfair and they do not care.It is IMPOSSIBLE to go to the gym everyday and get a modest vitamin D charge anymore. Right during the pandemic! No more tanning everyday. Tanning is recommended by doctors for the vitamin D we cannot get in the winter. Planet Fitness does not care about your health. In fact, they would rather you not use their facility at all. Just send them your money.

Terrible company. They run promotions targeting New Years resolutioners and for the first quarter of the year it ruins the experience for veterans of the establishment. You can’t get anything done with the amount of people there. This location needs less bikes and janky ellipticals that no one uses and more smith machines or traditional benches.Edit: NMJ to inform the manager of the location. Canceled.

Great location, lot's of equipment. I didn't have to wait for any machines, etc. Clean and bright with a nice floor layout. Employees were helpful and welcoming.

As one who travels, there is opportunity to experience other Planet Fitness operations. Unfortunately, this facility is among the worst. For instance, jumping rope is central to a personal workout plan. What is/was especially appalling, so-called management forbids members to bring jump ropes (into the facility). Moreover, when comparing other Planet Fitness facilities, this facility is smaller and needs (to be) refreshed or updated.

The staff is unprofessional and seems to not be all on the same page. The management should ensure that all staff members are on the same page regarding rules within the facility and what is proper or improper etiquette. Staff members have been seen multiple times going up to members and interrupting their routines making their experience unenjoyable while in attendance. I recognize that this is planet fitness and the negative reputation that comes with it but this was surprising and disappointing.

Every time I’m here the lady in the front is rude to me. They make me fill out paperwork all the time saying it’s “mandatory” because I’m “out of jurisdiction“ even though I’ve gone to multiple different branches and have had no problems. Plus their tanning rooms are disgusting, they never have hooks so you’re forced to put your clothes on their dirty floors. Would not recommend.

So far it is what I needed.The place is clean and the equipment is enough for your workouts.Not expensive and if you put your workouts in, it will only be easier.The staff working is pleasant and helpful if you are questioning a machine.
