Under construction... no showers or water fountains. Portable restrooms are outside for your convince. I'm not complaining, just letting people know. Other then that, it's open and as clean as it is possible

So much for nonjudgmental gym; we have managers from other gyms just standing around bc of future remodel. Why can't they come before they open or not be so intrusive? I have one female manager literally starting me down. I am so stick of this gym. From staff not routinely cleaning machines to this now.

Mitchell - Mitchell - Mitchell - THANK YOU for being so kind, understanding and non-judgmental with my transaction. Mitchell understood the assignment and provided stellar customer service - even when the computers were acting up - Mitchell stepped up, explained and was super duper kind. More people, especially in a marketed "non-judgement zone" should be more like Mitchell - because he was the only one out of the 4 people standing at the front desk who said hi to me as I walked in.The young lady, and 2 trainers and 1 gentleman with a hat - it pays to be like Mitchell and just say hello.And for PF as a whole- - I understand remodeling is good but couldn't there be a better solution for port-o-johns in the front of the building?

Pretty nice. I like the way the one is set up in my city better. I know they plan to do some remodeling soon though by the signs everywhere so imagine it will improve. Also not 24 hrs. (Edited for added feedback) I would reccomend putting a cleaning station closer to treadmill and some were too close to weight machines. Akward feeling being that close to someone spraying paper towels with fluid.

I've continuously had a pleasant experience here. I joined roughly a year ago, and I love the size of the gym, the friendly staff, and the general members who occupy this gym.I'm undergoing a major weight loss, and my comfort at this gym has definitely contributed to the near 70 lbs I've lost so far. Thank you for making this a positive environment for me that keeps me motivated to keep working on myself!

Mask less Meathead University. I’m in the Cleveland area for work and came to this location. And nearly half the crowd trolls around with no mask. This would not be tolerated at my location.

The staff does not care about Covid policies. When I was at the Strongsville location. There were several members walking around the facility not wearing a mask.

Clean facility and the staff seem friendly. Very easy to approach working out if you're nervous about going for the first time.

Mirrors don't even come close to touching the ground so you can't even check your alignment from the floor on mats. Crowded with dudes and even the staff was literally breaking his neck at the majority of us females.

Most of the PFs I went to have a lot of space, but this one felt like they tried to fit a normal size PF into this small area. Once it gets busy, it feels like you are at a concert or club. Trying to make your way through the crowd. Also, most of the people were not wearing a face mask when they were just walking around. It didn't even look like they had one around them.
