The location of this facility makes working out consistently a possibility! Personal training is included in the basic package, and you can schedule classes on their app. It's a great way to have accountability.

Normally staff allow you to work out until closing. Tonight the fans were turned off 10 minutes before closing, making it uncomfortable to exercise. The door was locked at 8:59. Again, most of the staff allows people to exercise until closing time.

In the Area for work and i was informed of the 10 visit monthly out of Network policy and was turned away. I wasnt going to pay another 20$ to finish out the month. I visited other franchises this week and both openly stated they do not inforce this policy.Also when working with dumbells i like to keep them vertical standing on end so they dont roll away between sets. I did this for saftey. I then push them over just enough to pick them up. They never lose contact with the floor. I had Lunk alarm called on me.Mabye when somone trips and gets hurt at PF will rethink this.Again 7/23 and 7/24 bad service expierence.

Almost all of my experiences at this location, have been terrible. Very rude employees. I came from the Amherst location, where the staff was so friendly and energetic. Everything was so fun, easy and great at the Amherst location. When I started at the strongsville location, it was made very difficult to even switch over my membership. The staff was extremely rude and I felt like I wasn’t welcome there. I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but this one was deserving.

I have been a member of planet fitness for about 3 years, and 2 of them have been at the Strongsville location. Most of the time I enjoy my experience at this location, but there is one specific employee that I always try to avoid because of her rude behavior. I have 4 members of my family that are all members at this same Strongsville location and we have all 5 had a bad experience with this same redheaded girl that is always at the front desk. She has degrated all of us, spoken down to us, and treated us like she has some sort of grudge against us. I have never known this girl outside of planet fitness, yet everytime I step foot in the building she is rude to me. Today I had a completely horrible experience with her that made me contemplate canceling my membership, and advising my family members and friends to do the same. There was some communication error with my sister and me and which tanning bed I was intending to use, and she started yelling at me in front of the other gym member and called me a liar. When I continued to explain what had happened she quickly cut me off, rolled her eyes and said "oh my God never mind" and walked away. I have never in my life been treated so poorly for no reason. I was stunned that someone thought they had the right to treat another human being so poorly. I go to this location because it is convenient for me, but am considering either canceling my membership, or moving to the Brunswick location where the workers are always friendly and excellent.

The locker room is way too small and most of the time smells like fresh poop.With that said, the rest of the place is good. Well maintained equipment and mostly clean.

Old style drinking fountains stink, hard to fill water bottle and not filtered. Not open 24/7.Locker room is small and only one toilet/urinal.Overall it has some decent equipment and is played out nicely for the space.I'll continue to go to brook park because it has more space and the newer filtered fountains.Also Brook Park is open 24/7 and I go to the gym by 3:30am most days.

Restrooms are extremely small. 3 stalls?? That's insane for a gym. Wait times for tanning beds is extreme as well...an hour. Not enough tanning beds or stalls for this location. Makes me miss the Parma Location but I refuse to drive that far. Sometimes the female staff can be rude. Actually they almost always are. Seem stressed or they are just jerks (One or the other). I really don't like this location at all. Too many issues.

This place is very neat and clean. All the machines are well equipped and maintained. They have very amiable staff who takes care of your queries. They have a dedicated area for black card members where spa, massager, tanning room.The ambience is very good, energetic and full of enthusiasm. They has contractual plans with commitment and without it, mostly $10/month.

The staff is friendly, the regulars seem cool, and it's the first gym I've been associated with. It's never dirty or smelly and the people that I've seen there seem to have purpose. I like the atmosphere and it helps keep me coming back...it's common that people don't stick around and I'm glad that I am
