Had a better review, until they kicked me out because my water bottle was too big. They said my water bottle was offencive and they had a policy against it. .. .. it's a clear water bottle! Was only 40 oz.. not a gallon!*update* the employees do not adhere to their own standards.. they use gallon jugs and are on their cell phone while working out.

I have been going for over a year now and I am beyond happy. The staff is always very kind and were so helpful when I had lost my card. They always have everything clean and help when needed.

It's like any other planet fitness, it's a good atmosphere for people who may be afraid of going to the gym. Clean and quiet. I work nights so I get to go when it's not busy. Not sure how busy it gets in the evening.

I've seen complaints about water fountains and their music? For the record, they have two perfectly functional water fountains, and they always have upbeat popular music playing at a reasonable volume.I've been a member for 6 months, and have always found the gym to be well maintained, and well staffed by professionals who make themselves available for the casual question or for fitness advice. I've also found other members to respect the "no judgement" philosophy.For $10/month, you simply can't find a better gym than Planet Fitness, and with proximity to the mall and I-71, Strongsville's location is ideal.

Some of the staff members at the front desk here are the most unhelpful I’ve encountered at any planet fitness gym (or other gym) and appear to lack any skill in customer service. They were just plain rude 2 out of the 3 times I visited here from out of town. I will definitely plan on going somewhere else for future visits to the area. The gym lacks convenient tools to clean up the equipment after use in most parts and doesn’t have a proper water fountain. I’ve been to many different planet fitness locations since I travel a lot for work, this is by far the worst. I was excited for the new(er) gym but very disappointed with this experience. Thank goodness there are other locations in the area.

Love planet fitness! I never feel intimidated or embarrassed when working out there. It keeps me motivated to keep going. The equipment is new, the place is clean, and staff is friendly

It's like being in a library! No one talks to eachother, the music is non existent, no energy in the building OR with the staff! I've watched a few of the " personal training" sessions and noticed the instructor is not motivating or even excited to be training. I will be cancelling my membership soon.

This Planet Fitness is great. The layout is well thought out and creates a lot of space. The PF360 classes they offer are worth the monthly membership alone. The staff here is always great. They only recycle plastics, and don't offer a way to recycle all the paper towels they provide to wipe the machines down with. Also, the restroom/locker rooms are very compact. Sometime you have to wait in line to get back to the changing area during peak hours. No bicycle racks (yet) as of February 2017.

As far as Planet Fitness locations go, this one is exactly what you might expect. No nonsense gym with tanning and massage chairs for black card members. For those of you who don't know, basic membership is only ten bucks a month and the black card membership is 20 and entitles you to a whole lot more stuff. Plus, black card members can bring a guest for free. Overall a great deal.I tend to like PF for its simplicity and cleanliness. I am never crowded in the free weight area and I do like the no grunting policy because that crap is just annoying. *I see you curling those 25lb dumbbells, sweetheart, you don't have to make a ruckus and try to get the girl on the stair climber to think you're swole...because you're not.* -(that was me talking to the lame noisy guys who do this at other gyms). PF takes all that mess out of the equation and handles my light work for me with the lunk alarm, which will go off if someone is making too much noise by grunting or slamming weights. This isn't a house of pain dungeon gym, and you're expected to comply.In my first few visits I have seen the staff be very helpful and friendly to many different members, and they seem to be hardworking as they clean regularly and seem to stay on top of things. If you're looking for a PF, this location will not disappoint. Keep up the good work!
