This place needs alot of improvement on handling situations, as a business owner I know the quality of good service and "MARISSA" has very poor skills, rude and with attitude, as for manager he backed her up by also taising his voice

Literally the rudest front desk staff ever. They are always scoffing and rolling their eyes every time I talk to them. Like me paying to be there is such an inconvenience for them. I am canceling my membership.
