Planet Fitness

This is the best gym I went in a long time. I work in Pasadena so I use this one. I overpaid gyms before and this location has the most amazing kids at the front desk. The blond / Buffy/ very nice kid always welcome me and I am a big girl. His kindness makes me feel welcome and not judged and I am sure I will always comeback.The massage chair and the full body scan are a plus. My home gym is in Houston but Pasadenas is the best!!!!

Didn't realize the "lunk alarm" went down in the lockeroom.I jacked some jack dude, and let's say he triggered that lunk alarm.I'll be back for more hands and hopefully top next time.

Best place I had my workout at very respectful staff...

I transfered here from another location due to openly prejudiced staff at the Friendswood location. All I really need to add is that there needs to be a review of the staff at some of these locations. Some will pass with flying colors but i think a few maybe got confused with the type of work and interaction required for the job. You never know who people know. A few phone calls can go a long way.

Doesn't have a pool, basketball court, or kid's room but if you just want to work out, it's a good place. The staff are really friendly too. They have massage beds, a sauna, etc if you get the premium membership.

This is the 3rd time I speak to the front desk about the issue, the benches need maintenance, and guess what? Nothing changed! All she says is she will speak to a manager! This is ridiculous, no work order done at that location. Most of the equipment are sticky or needs to be lubricated. We are thinking if switching gyms.The evening staff needs to be retrained. Not professional at all. They'll run around the club chasing each other and scream. The front desk is left empty most of the time. All the staff hang out in the break room. They put the sign that they're away from the front desk because they are "cleaning" when in fact the gym is nasty, trash everywhere, and no paper towels to wipe the equipment. Dont say youre cleaning the gym when you're chilling in the break room. This is way different than the morning Staff who are more professional.

I always have a great experience at this Planet Fitness. The machines are always clean and well-maintained, which is so important for a good workout. Additionally, the staff at Planet Fitness are always helpful and willing to answer any questions I have. They truly care about their members and go above and beyond to ensure everyone has a positive experience at the gym.I have been a member at a few different gyms in the past, but I have to say that Planet Fitness stands out in terms of cleanliness and customer service. It is a welcoming and inclusive environment, and I always feel comfortable working out there.Overall, I highly recommend Planet Fitness to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and affordable gym. They truly have it all, and I am so grateful to be a member.

Nice place, not a lot of machines but the environment is nice and everyone just minds their business. The water bottle refill station was broken though sadly.

The place has every type of equipment you need to get you where you want to be... no one is bothering you.. you can workout as long as you want... the air works too, they have roomy restrooms, and they have showers that work, with "Hot" water...

I hate leaving reviews but it bothered me that I asked for a room temp water for my mom who can’t drink cold drinks and they said no because of “inventory”. I called deer park location and they said if they have some in stock they’ll be happy to give me one. I’ve gotten room temp before so I think that was just petty of them.
