Just work out at a park or get a fitness connection. The purple kills the work out vibes regardless if you're playing the most hard core music for a good session.Not veteran friendly when going on TDY as they require service members to provide orders in person ONLY to hold your account. ( was not very fond of the managers attitude).Also forgot to add someone just recently got shot outside of this place too. Please research on google regarding the recent shooting.

Canceled my membership back in 2018 due to health issues. Also changed debit card. I am doing better now and ready to get back in the gym. Went to join here in my town and was told I owe due to not canceling my account. Now they want me to pay before I can join again.

Another example of why I keep a black card membership (and don't work out at my home gym-ironic). I travel a lot and this PF was around the corner from my hotel for a 2 week trip. Clean, nice massage tables & chairs, and a lot of equipment. Most PF don't have some of the athletic training stuff this place does. Only issue is it is very busy after work and in the evening, but that is the only thing.

Rude staff and poor management. An employee (Raymond) came up to a friend and I and asked if we was finished on a machine. I told him we just started. He rudely said we need to hurry up and finish so he can train on it with another employee. I told him we'll be done when we're done and don't come at me like that. He said I can leave and threatened to kick me out with a threat that he'll call the cops. Rather than speaking with his supervisor he walked off. I explained to his supervisor the situation and told him he clearly needed to speak with Raymond on how to properly talk to others. Especially if he's in the wrong. This isn't the first time this guy mishandles his position. Just cause you wear a name tag doesn't make you top flight. He definitely needs to work on his people skills and change his tone when talking to clients.

I really love this gym and the atmosphere .I recommend you talk to Cameron he was very helpful And sold us on the black card membership

The gym is excellent during normal times, but it is fantastic during quarantine. One of the few gyms that stayed open throughout the lockdown. It's funny since working outside feels like "prison exercises" sans the bad guys. It's fun, and it can help us stay in shape. So put on your mask and enjoy yourself! Thank you for providing such a nice and stunning service in our area. We would definitely recommend this.

I've come here a few times in the past. This location is definitely different. No one speaks as you come through the door ever. But that's not enough to stop me from coming back. But today i was checked in by a guy that was very brief and rude. All I was trying to do was check in with my guest and purchase water. This guy told me I had to purchase the water before I could sign my guest in. I was already in the process of scanning when he stopped me. Then after paying for the water he ignored me as I was attempting to scan my guest in until he was ready to acknowledge me again. The absolute worst planet fitness. I travel all over the USA for work and this by far has been my worst experience with planet fitness. I will attempt to discuss this with management before I leave because I definitely will contact corporate.

Lots of machines for any type of work out and gym is very clean and staff is very helpful/friendly. All ages are seen and it feels very motivating. Members are very considerate in wiping down machines after using them. Even when crowd meter is high machines are still available. Very glad the special that got my kids to go encouraged me to go.

Shady business practices. They start with false advertising $10 a month, then charge your bank account $150 fee so it’s really $270+ a year. Then they give you the run around about canceling the membership, come in person, speak to the janitor at 2pm on February 31st. Read your fine print. But there’s better options but not this one in the hood on fairmont parkway go somewhere else. They make it super difficult to cancel, they’ll keep charging your card.
