Love the gym . Had issues at fitness connection. And planet fitness has more to offer for less money.keep in mind fitness connection is only open with short hours and planet fitness open all night . And you can bring guest and they can use your black card benefits as well .

Lots of beneficial equipment, respectful staff. Friendly environment. All in all hands down one of the best branch of gyms I've ever been to

Locker room was gross, and hair all over in clumps. No shower hooks for towels or belongings to go. Water was freezing and one shower has a broken shower handle so you can't adjust it. Not well kept at all. Was disappointed at this location.

Been a member for 5+ years. I tried to cancel my membership over the phone and at the Pearland location, both times they said I had to go to Pasadena.When I went, they said I had a “late fee” from August 2022…. we are almost in August lol, why is this just being brought to my attention?Anyways, I won’t be renewing my membership in Pearland (gym is way nicer than Pasadena or Deer Park btw).

Planet Fotness you are in my radar again. This is my second time to review Planet Fitness; but hey, when you got it you got it and at this club they certainly do. I have a very physically and mentally demanding job- and usually by the time I get to the gym- I look and feel inhuman. There is one smile that gets me every time. Working customer service is not easy folks- but Marissa at PF on Fairmont in Pasadena , Tx is a master in her class. She is always ready with a warm smile, and she even remembers my chair preferences, tanning time etc without having to probe the screen for those details. She is the first and last person I see when I hit this club, and she leaves a great impression each time. Aside from always keeping busy ensuring the club is spotless and sanitized, she takes the time to make each guest feel welcomed and at home, and to me that is more important than any perk offered by this company, and is what keeps me coming back. When I told her what an excellent job she did, a how it impacts myself and others- she was so humble and gracious, another sign of great character. I have been in recruiting and management professional for 20+ years- Planet Fitness- this young lady can take you places- so take note. Great job again on recruiting and maintains such a great staff!

First time using a gym outside my home country of Australia. Staff were welcoming and helpful when signing up. The gym is well maintained and clean. Users of the gym are friendly. Got all the equipment to get my workouts done. It was a wonderful experience here at planet fitness!

This location has lots of issues they need to address. Some things that happen far too often include lack of hot water, broken water fountain, broken machines not being fixed for several days, and front desk staff being unavailable in the early morning.

Popular place to work out at. It's really hard to get alot done if it's busy but they have plenty other equipment to work out with. Plus 1 is free and please clean up when you're done using one of the equipments.

Always clean in the PM and the night staff are very polite and helpful. I definitely appreciate coming into a clean restroom and changing room. The lady that cleans at night does a very thorough job.

This location is always squeaky clean, and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Lenny is such a great manager. I recommend people to join. Affordable, very big and spacious location.
