The only reason I give this place my money is because it is 3 blocks from home.It's always dirty. 95% of employees do not greet/speak or look up to address you.They allow grown men to take up the basketball courts and play full court while kids/ teens wait on sidelines until they finally get tired of waiting and leave.Lastly, despite the name(24 hour fitness) they aren't 24hrs. Half the week they close at 8pm!In essence, its a joke here! If you live in the other side of 288 go to another gym, they ARE open 24 hrs.

You can not stay in the pool for more than 30 minutes or else you will get itchy. Place is a biohazard and they do not care. If you have sensitive skin then this place is a no-go for you.I have seen pools built in the 1970s that are far better maintained than this. If you want a far better pool for a similar price then I recommend the Pearland recreational center. There is ABSOLUTELY no reason that they should be charging this much, when you have better alternatives out there. Even your regular community pool will be better than 24 hour pool. And the only thing that makes this place stand out, the whole claim about 24 hours, is false.

Visited this gym for the first time today, it was nice & clean!! Paper towels were refilled right away as soon as they got empty. The vibes were good and nice! Will be coming back 100% 😌☺️ …

The main floor mat looks like the original one from 20 yrs ago. Looks dirty and old should look bright and new.

I don’t like the vibe. It’s somewhat small gym and over crowded . Ild rather go to the smallest anytime fitness for a pump than this place.

1-star for dishonest business practices. I signed up for 1-year without auto-renewal and someone from sales approached me for renewal at the end of initial term, which I agreed to but he signed me up for auto-renewal without my knowledge or consent. I moved from the area and when I noticed a charge for renewal on my credit card statement, I called and spoke to a manager Kevin and explained the situation. I have spoken to this individual over the phone at least 4 times over a 3-month period with no progress. He repeatedly promises to follow-up with calls and emails that never happen, and false promises and reassurances are provided over the phone regularly. Reluctantly, I have given up and forfeited the $349 since this seemingly dishonest and mismanaged organization needs to resort to such tactics to stay in business, just do not waste your time if you can avoid this place - you’re better off going with Anytime Fitness

The upkeep of this place is awful. At any given time, there are apparently only 3 to 4 people working. I always clean my work area but some don't and it shows. I used to visit the location in Meyerland and it was much, much better maintained than this place. Machines remain out of service for longer than it seems they should It hasn't actually been 24 hours in a long, long time.
