24 Hour Fitness

This gym is awful there is so much room for improvement. I wanna start off and say the customer service is rude. The employees at the front desk don't bat an eye when a member walks in. The few times I went to the gym at 5 am, the employee showed up 40 minutes late. Then another time one of the workers couldn't unlock the door so a member had to use the employees keys and open the door.The restrooms are disgusting, they are never clean. The trash cans are always filled with paper towels, but there are no paper towels inside the restrooms.The gym is dull and the equipment is run down. I think the gym as a whole needs a reset button starting from the top down.

Signed up for a 3Day pass to try out the gym. It was declined by the front desk. What's the point of a free-3Day pass if you're going to charge me $25?I emailed 24Hour Fitness about this. I received a call back asking about my experience. I explained that there wasn't an experience because my pass was denied. As I was explaining, he hung up!!. I will NOT be changing my membership!! Rude in person and over the phone.

Love the sauna. Some of the equipment does need updating.

This is by far the WORST gym I’ve been too, and I’ve been working out consistently for over 20 years. There’s only 1 daggone leg machine for each exercise, and they’re the ones that move! Hello, the reason they are supposed to be isolation machines is because you’re supposed to ISOLATE the muscle and not move the rest of the body! It’s crowded, stuffy, and you’ll Walt’s have to wait. People have been leaving y’all bad reviews for over a year, the least y’all could do is care and listen. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

I’m a regular but lately I’m thinking of switching to a better gym, because of the ff:1. Dirty bathrooms.2. Sauna and Steam rooms are always dirty.3. It’s suppose to be 24 hours, I understand during Pandemic but not anymore, they should go back to regular 24 hours, the reason why our family signed up is because of 24 HOURS.4.0 Nobody is checking and refilling all the work out machine sanitizing solutions.5. The Manager is not accommodating of members request.6. The work our Machine that needs some fixing was taken while to have it repaired.7. Over-all bad upkeep of the gym.

ZERO STARS!!!NOONE showed up to open the gym. 1.5 hrs at this point. No contact information posted to call someone. Not the 1st time this has happened.

How is the gym called 24 hour fitness when you close @10 pm? Also not enough equipment always waiting. You'll lose customers when a new better gym comes available.

If I could give this gym a 0 star rating I would. The customer service is horrible, the main manager is rude and doesn't greet anyone. The restrooms have this foul odor and the restrooms are always dirty. The gym isn't even 24 hours, a few times when I went in the morning at 5am when they open, the doors were still locked and the person opening showed up 20 minutes late. I switched gyms and can see a night and day difference. The main manager needs to get some serious retraining done with herself and the whole staff and MAYBE will this gym get a 1 star at best.

Very crowdedI am always having to wait on each and every machine which makes me not want to stay long.Please FIX the five or six broken treadmills BECAUSE IT IS VERY BUSYAND THERE SHOULD BE TWO 24-HOUR FITNESS CENTERS IN PEARLAND INSTEAD OF ONE
