24 Hour Fitness, located at 10011 Broadway St Suite 107, Pearland, TX, offers a range of facilities including a gym, sauna, pool, and locker services. The gym operates 24 hours during weekdays, but has limited hours on weekends, stirring disappointment among some members. Positive experiences stem from excellent customer service and well-maintained amenities, yet complaints about cleanliness and equipment management persist.
Despite its comprehensive service offerings, issues such as cleanliness, customer service, and the misleading name of '24 Hour Fitness' are problematic. The inconsistent opening hours and reported maintenance issues suggest that while this gym can cater to basic fitness needs, it falls short of premium expectations.

Was considering going to this gym since I’m retired now and my daughter had suggested it but I won’t anymore. They didn’t allow her to use the 3 day pass even though never been a member at that gym and said it’s because she’s been there before paying as a guest ($25 each time). She never had an issue. When she paid, they still disrespected her when the front desk personnel was counting money as if that was a priority disregarding her presence. She paid $25 just to workout for an hour and treated like a nobody. Posting this in support of big companies holding their employees accountable for their behavior!

Bad customer service12/08 Update: Called to cancel my membership, lady said that she cant and that a sales representative can call me later, I asked why cant I cancel? I found out I had a balance? Asked the lady what was the reason for the balance, lady said she cant do anything and that a sales representative can call me back, I asked again for what was the reason for the balance… I was met with a *sigh* from the lady and she eventually told me why. Thanks for the help lady!

Clean was when Frank the tech was here. Now, in just a few weeks, it's filthy dirty.Once a week tech doesn't work for this location. Do the right thing for, us, paying members.

The pool is always dirty and the amount of bleach is fading my trunks, There also isn't adequate enough space to change.

The gym charged another annual fee in additional to the initialization fee, and this info is not given to the new member. I don’t like the way of how this company does business!

UPDATE: I wish there was a negative star rating. 24 hour fitness is only open until 9. It used to be 24 hour. Now? Not at all. They claimed they would be reopening with expanded hours... well those hours are here, and whoa boy... its open until 10. What a crock. This place should be called Bankers Hours Fitness. You guys just continue sucking.Old Review: I had a prepaid 2 year membership -- I thought the gym was decent while I was there. Then COVID happened, they closed down, then they went bankrupt and in all effects, stole the money and told their members to pound sand. Their "settlement" offered for taking your money was to offer a $30 or $60 gift card to their own gym. Oh yeah... and you have to buy a new membership. Because apparently F U... Thanks guys. Fantastic.Find somewhere more reputable.

Literally just met the rudest employee while trying to check out this location. Asked about a day pass to try out the facility but he said no since I’ve used 24 in the past, ok.Then asked if I could tour the facility, because you know l, all gyms are different. He turns towards the gym and motions out with his arms and says there you go.Turned and walked out immediately.

All I can say is that the gym is stuffffffyyy. Poor air circulation, and the huge fans are not always on. Need more sanitizing stations as people just sweat and touch. You’ll have to walk a little to get to the 2-3 stations in the whole gym.

Update:To make it worse now the gym closes at 8pm on the weekends…So much for 24 hr fitness..Original:I've been a member since 2004. This gym has gone down in quality so much. Few years ago they upgraded it to a super sport. At that time the only change for me was the basketball court and towel service. Towel service was eventually stopped and now because of Covid...no court. What frustrates me about this gym is the overall quality. Good luck finding a set of 2.5/5/10lb plate. The entire gym probably has 1 set of each. I guess they figured everyone just uses 45lbs for everything. Seriously, they cant buy some weights?Machines/cardio equipment are often broken. Lights are out. TVs broken.None of this has stopped them from charging more.
