I absolutely love Lifetime! I work in the kids academy and over all love everything about it. I love all my coworkers, the friendly & welcoming environment and all the kiddos that I’ve grown a relationship with. Working for lifetime has been a game changer for me. I’m able to bring my kids to work with me which makes things sooooo much easier for me. Everyone that works there is so friendly and inviting and I could not feel more proud to work for such an amazing company! LTKA ROCKS!!!!

Called and asked if I would be able to add myself on to my brother in law’s and sister’s account and was told it would be no biggy. I am home for the summer and staying with them until school starts again. When we went into Lifetime we were told that I would not be able to join their account because they do not have guardianship of me? (I am 20) And that the only way to add myself onto their account would be to get a 26 and under membership for $109 a month. Staff was rude and talking down to us. Turns out that you’re considered a minor according to Lifetime if you are under the age of 21? Disappointed.

Cycling program needs work. The music selection they use is low key trash. Maybe rush cycle raised my expectations on how a cycling class should go. But that’s the bar. The class should be fun, should be challenging, should have a variety of music that makes the class easier and go by faster. Music can make or break the workout. Instructors be out of breath talking , it’s weird.Everything else is good.

THE GYM is nice very nice staff is horrible. My cousin came up there to get a membership I explain to the girl upfront my cousin wants to check out your facility and get a membership. She asked me are you a member i said yes she says I need to scan you in so I can use your guess pass. I ASKED her why do I have to use my guess pass if we are not working out and he wants a tour of your facility? She replied because we are liable if he works out I said he is not working out he wants to get a membership. SHE SAYS I STILL HAVE TO USE A GUESS PASS. I own two companies and would never treat anyone this way customer service is horrible. I have four memberships with lifetime I will be taking my business somewhere else.

I came to Lifetime for a lifestyle change. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt like they really cared, then I met my fitness trainer, Matt Parsons. because of Matt, he and I will work to achieve my goals. Matt is very personable and he genuinely cares about my health and fitness. If you need an awesome trainer, ask for Matt. He is determined to help me meet my goals. Good job hiring him at Lifetime Fitness.Sherry LadnierA very satisfied member

Tried to sign up as a family but they won’t allow my mother in law who we care for and she lives with us to be on our account. I emailed the manager Clarence and got no response! I own my own company and was considering opening a corporate account so my employees could join at a lower price but with this customer service no way! They need to teach better customer service!

I've been a Life Time member nearly three years and have visited clubs in several locations in the country. This club represents the best of LT. Signing in my guest was simple, as it should be. The sales associate, Nate, who was at the counter was welcoming without being pushy, and Erin, who signed us in, was very pleasant. The keyless locker experience was new for me, and embarrassingly, I locked myself out. The problem was quickly rectified by a lovely sales associate who radioed a locker room attendant. I was actually glad to have locked myself out after dealing with Keyane because she was helpful, friendly, and kind. Diamond membership dues are expensive, but just the experience that I had today at this Onyx club made each dollar worth it.

Ive been a lifetime member in San Antonio and Sugarland; this place is a little pretentious. No deals for students or younger adults (Initial visit). Their business views need some help. Clearly they don’t want to build a supportive community; this gym is focused on an exclusive elitist group (this isn’t the Houstonian gym so stop). Other Lifetimes are family oriented and friendlier.Update: they decided to honor my young adult discount (but it’s still pricy, can’t have it all). The facility is nice but I wish they built a platinum gym cause this is so hyped up. Otherwise it’s a beautiful facility. The layout of the upstairs is a bit weird for me, compared to other lifetimes, but no real complaints. Staff seams nicer the 2nd and 3rd time around.

Very nice and professional, extremely clean never had an issue! My trainer Ruben is the best he pushes me and gives me advice on how to improve my work outs and food choice. They also have a caffe and the food is good and healthy! Love it

Great gym!! Very clean and excellent staff. A little pricey, seems worth it for me. I go mid afternoon and no crowds. Pool is heated and plenty of towels provided.
