Bad experience. Will not go back. I have hung my purse on the treadmill since I started going there. Tonight they say not allowed. I will not buy a lock for such stupid rule. Won't go back.

Staff is very friendly and available to help when necessary. Equipment are clean and in good condition. Staff is proactive about changing worn out equipment materials. Thank you for all your hard work!

How I feel after four months. Well worth the time and money? Speaking of money. I expect savings in health care to offset the monthly cost. At 70, I hurt less since starting to work out regularly.

Club says open 24/7 arrived at 2:38 am doors locked no signs saying closed. Staff member stated that they were closed for sanitization. There were no signs posted or notes on website. Canceling mebership with gym since not open as advertised.

I am outside the planet fitness located on 528 and bay area blv try canceling my membership and what i get is a charge of annual renewal and i haven't check in at the gym probably for the last 6 months. I request a 90 day hold for.my account and just from july 18 they took more then 100 dollars from account this is a very dishonest administration. I won't recommend anyone to join this place when u try to cancel is very stressful today is 8/06/2020 charge was made to my account on the third for next year annual fees and i am canceling the membership and they're not able to reimburse the money .if you're not using the membership for tje next year they don't have the right to keep the money

This facility was a great place for years but now with me moving to get married and with COVID-19 and them shutting down and asked about cancelling my account the manager said lets suspend your account for 90 days and see if you change your mind and maybe you and your new wife might find another location and want to come back. one week later i was billed for my membership which should not have happened.. then i called the payment and collection number that continued to text me and then started to call me saying i owed for past membership and late fee.. i called to try to clear that up and was told i had to go to the club i signed up with to clear this up. so i drive 40 minutes to the club and was then told by a different manager that she could suspend my account and hold for 90 days, but needed to collect my late fees. i told her no that this should have been cleared up over a month ago and please just cancel my membership and she said she could not unless i pay my membership fee and the late fees.. i asked how did they pull the last membership fee and why do i have late fees. she said that if they have to use the second form of payments they apply the late fees as it dont use it until 10 days later that then automatically adds the late fees. i told her i have not even been in your doors for months and she confirmed yes it has been 271 days and if you want to cancel you will need to pay me or this will continue to build more cost and late fees without being addressed correctly and signed off. i told her that the account department said that all late fees had been waved just 2 days prior and she said we are a franchise and they do not have the right or power to wave these fees.so not only was i lied to the as a thief took 2 months of fees and additions late fees even though i have need stepped thru their doors sense they closed the doors from COVID-19. they have no clue what customer service nor business integrity truly is.!!!

The employees are very friendly and helpful (as they should be). The location is clean and well maintained. Even the members are great. I highly recommend Planet Fitness, and this location in particular.

This is a great gym if you never want to cancel your membership, because I can assure you they will ignore all emails/voicemails if they know you want cancel. I have been trying to cancel for 3 months. I have reached out to member services for the last month but the automated system on the system will not direct you to an employee and directs you to email them. I’ve emailed them 6 times, and have heard absolutely nothing back. It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone that works for planet fitness, but they make sure to charge me every month and even charged me another annual fee.

Hard to beat such a cheap membership that I can bring my husband whenever he’s in town. But tell me why they need to have my bank account information AND my debit card information. Y’all are taking my membership fees directly out of my bank account, if that doesn’t work... my debit card certainly won’t. A rule I don’t understand, and out of pure stubbornness I refuse to bring my debit card. I was told they would refuse me access now and get rid of my membership if I continued to refuse. Rules are rules. Hate to pay more somewhere but I will.My loans, phones, rent, mortgage, etc didn’t require this much and this is my cheapest bill.
