First the gym itself is not a bad gym, i love this location and how much smaller it is than one in surpise. the people here are much nicer than the suprise location. BUT Eos as a company is such a scam. they have literally been charging my card and account unauthorized. i have contacted them multiple times & my bank etc. it’s been ongoing since last October. I did have Personal Training that in itself is also a scam, the trainer i originally got was not a trainer and was a terrible experience. It took a month and half for me to get a new one. they don’t have any managers stay longer than a month at this location so no one was able to help because of the constant change. It’s just ridiculous. They took more money from my account as of today and i am canceling my membership because of the charges and inconsistency. i am over it, you have literally stolen my money.

The serenity room should be called the frustration room. Most of the dumbbells in their are not labeled so you have a difficult time trying to do your workout. I have emailed about this issue and was told it would be addressed. It has not! Lots of equipment is missing pieces or just broken. They do not care as long as you are paying.

Honestly had nothing bad to say about this gym until yesterday, they pressured me into getting personal training, I told them 3 times that I could not afford it but they kept tacking on “complementary” things like black box VR and free sessions, they told me my first fee would be waived but I’ve already been charged for $19. My advice is just keep walking if they try to talk to you. I left the gym feeling like I got played and it lowkey ruined my experience there, I don’t feel as comfortable going there anymore. I just wanted to work out man.

This gym is incredible, incredibly friendly staff, incredibly friendly gym goers, incredibly stellar equipment. It's got a large false grass stretching area right in the middle and plenty of tredmills for cardio, pretty much every machine and setup you'd need to get gains. I've already lost 27 pounds in just a month and a half of going there. Go to this gym, it rocks. Also they've got like 12 other locations in the valley that I've heard are almost or equally stellar. Slamming good gym.

Jesse is seriously the best employee I have ever met at any of the locations I go to. He goes as far as remembering your name so that when you leave or come in and he is at the front, he greets you personally. He is also just so bubbly and can easily put anybody in a good mood with his own good mood! I haven’t gone to another EōS since.

I’ve been coming to this gym for 12 years. No complaints. Iron weights, clean restrooms and mirrors. The staff is always super friendly and the manager Manny is great, super personable and friendly. This gym makes their members feel welcomed.

Signed the contract for a 6month personal trainer and they charged me for a month after that even though it was canceled equalling over $300 even though it was cancelled. Would not recommend signing any membership with any EŌS they sneak all kinds of hidden fees. When they explain the contract they leave out the fees they will charge you after the membership is canceled. Skip this gym if you are looking for a company that is straight forward and honest. Spoke with the manager who was supposed to send me the contract where it says that and he said he would email it to me and I never received anything. They won’t even give you a copy of the agreement, what a scam. Also this gym is lacking on all the amenities the other ones have.

I won't ever go to this gym again. After a few years of taking a break from the gym, I decided to go back and take advantage of a 7 day guest pass they had. I liked the gym and the people seemed friendly enough. However, when it came to purchasing a membership, I felt like I was at a used car dealership. A kid who looked about 12 who claimed to be the manager sat down with me and started with trying to sell me personal training sessions as well as some other amenities that cost extra. When I told him I just wanted the basic membership, he took on a different attitude. He began talking to me very inappropriately and was checking me out. I felt like I was being hit on by a kid. I felt so uncomfortable and if these are the tactics they take to sell a membership, I want no part of it.

This gym does not maintain the equipment. Broken machines are down for extremely long periods of time. General maintenance is non existent, machines are missing basic items like grips, and even the lb numbers on some weight stacks.Customer service is awful, I’ve walked in a number of times and no one was at the front desk. If they are there they are usually chatting to each other and seldom acknowledge you.Other than that, there is a good selection of equipment. If they put in some effort it would be a better place to work out.
