Will not be going to this gym any more they lie about personal training costs. Was not told the total amount was going to be $3000.00 for 6 months this gym is a SCAM . I had to change all my cards through my bank to get them to stop charging me. Would not recommend this gym to anybody

I called to inquire about membership. The guy talked so fast he couldn't breathe. He kept transferring me to a sales person. When I simply wanted to know if the pool was 24 hours. I called back 3 times. Told him to breathe. Talk to me and listen and not transfer me. Very unimpressed. Also have had bad experiences at other EOS fitness. I will not be joining.

I went to your EOS gym today. From the moment I walked in, no one paid any attention.I looked around by myself and there was a person at the front desk. When I ask if I want to get information, the employee is annoyed that he keeps saying he doesn't know what I'm talking about. He asks questions at the gym because he's interested, but later he tells me to make an appointment because he's busy right now.I will never go here again in the future. A gym that is open 24 hours a day should be friendly. If you get annoyed with a customer that they don't understand, it seems that the customer will be stressed and will not be able to exercise.

If I could leave this gym's management a zero star review, I would.. they are extremely disrespectful and no one knows how to professionally take responsibility or own up to their actions. I dealt with a supervisor, Manny, who could not even give me enough respect to look me in the eyes or stop typing on the computer while I am trying to have a civil conversation with him. He was rude in his commentary. I asked to speak with the district manager who blew me off and pushed it onto someone else. It was extremely pathetic and I will no longer be going to this gym and will be filing a formal complaint with corporate. Not to mention, it takes WEEKS for them to fix gym equipment that is broken and their rack room is a literal closet with no real air flow. Absolutely horrible customer service. Never ever will I go here again.

This particular location is OK. I have been to a few of the locations and for the most part this place is great for working out. The equipment is there to strength train and exercise. I'm not a fan of how it is laid out. The stretching area is in the middle of the gym making it feel a little awkward as everyone is faced towards you in a full circle. This is not my favorite location but it does its job as a gym.

Came in to start a membership spoke with Angie and she made my experience so wonderful. Very informative she went out her way to make sure all my requests were met. And I truly appreciate it. She’s very nice and understanding.

Always a great place to work out and growing! What I love is the energy that is always at the gym. People are actually working out rather than hanging out on their cell phone. There will always be that contingency of young people that are more interested in a selfie than in a push-up, but for the most part EOS encourages a diverse clientele with their super friendly customer service, gorgeous locker rooms, and state-of-the-art equipment including boxing heavy bags. Absolutely love the setup, and I love that they are always trying to innovate newer ways to connect with their clients! They even have a virtual reality workout you need to check out!

Love this gym! When you walk in the door you get a very uplifting greeting from Danell. She's always helpful and patient, quick with suggestions if you need a change of routine. David and CJ are great to work with, they help set up a work out plan that takes into consideration some mobility issues but is still very effective. The Black Box workout is so cool! A nice break from the regular gym routine. It's still a very good workout, especially if your a tish competitive. I love after each black box session you can look back and see where you've improved. It's very encouraging.

Terrible communication skills. I asked to cancel my membership about a month and a half ago. Check my account , they still taking money out my account. I even asked for the manager to call me before that, and no response. They will take your money and say you didn’t call it in. When they didn’t document it. But it’s okay. They can have the $22.

I had a pretty poor experience at this location. Generally speaking the gyms are clean but my issue was with the customer service. The crew is nice, don’t get me wrong but absolutely nothing gets done in terms of cancellation, etc and it will leave you calling over and over with no resolution. I had tried to cancel my pt months ago because I was moving and they told me it wouldn’t be an issue. Here I am, a full month later, tons of calls and emails, still being charged with no actual end to this. I am basically stuck paying for something I won’t use until it finishes out. I wouldn’t have a problem if they hadn’t told me they were canceling/taking care of it.I’m back to add more, yay! As if the communication hadn’t already been horrendous, I noticed charges on my bank statements today with charges for a membership! Months after I “cancelled ” , which nobody actually took care of apparently. It was supposes to be ended in August and it’s now December! Thank you so much for your help guys!!
