I would just like to say that I highly recommend this business if you want to get back in shape. I came into the gym confused and lost about how I should exercise to achieve my goals. EOS recommended I get a personal trainer to help get me back on track and I was assigned Jose Medrano who is absolutely a pleasure to work with. He helps me workout both during our sessions and when I am by myself. I have no doubt if I continue on my path at EOS I will achieve my goals. Keep in mind this gym does get crowded during after work hours but this is common for all gyms. Overall good value, great personal training, and nice clean facilities and equipment would recommend to friends and family.

I canceled my membership in May because I was broke. I still owed for my first month. All of a sudden I get enough money in my account and EOS takes what I owe and puts my account in the negative. I call and find out my membership wasn't canceled?? 🙄 Well I talked to the GM and he kindly refunded the month of June and canceled my membership. He also explained why I was only getting some money back because of my late fees. I'm fine with that. It's what I owe. He was just super nice. 5 stars.

I'd recommend using any other gym in AZ, unless you like to give money away. The gym itself isn't bad, but I told someone in November I was moving out of state and that I needed to cancel my policy. Apparently it wasn't done, now I'm paying for 2 additional months of a membership I can't use.

The staff here is very nice, even with impatient people (like myself). There's a bit of a process to get a membership, but ultimately the price is very good for what is offered. I do like the "serenity" room that's available for people who want to work out perhaps with lighter weights and a bit away from the bodybuilding atmosphere. I also like that the classes are included in the membership. I had good discussions with Damitri, Gabe, and the trainer they assigned as a welcome workout Anesthasia. Overall, good gym with everything needed.

I cancelled my membership today after nearly 2 years. It has been over a year since I have been to the gym. I was waiting until I was fully vaccinated. I cancelled my membership because of public safety concerns. I observed over half of the members without masks. The staff said that masks were optional. Even though I am fully vaccinated, it may be possible for me to be a carrier if I am exposed to the virus. I do not want to spread the virus. I do not recall ever receiving a communication regarding this change in policy. If I had known of this policy change, I would have cancelled my membership immediately. I am very disappointed in this company and their decision to not make masks mandatory, which will certainly contribute to the continuation and evolution of this virus and thus cause more illness and death.

I got charged an annual rate fee although I have not been to the gym and my accounts have been frozen since COVID began.. Then they started billing my accounts again without a reminder or to see if I wanted to continue with the freeze period.. then I try to cancel and they hit me with another monthly charge even though I called weeks in advance. Should I decide to go with another gym when the face mask policy is fine due to the way they handle business I will not be going back here as they do not care about the customers and good service- it's all about taking your money and running.I also did reach out to the guy who replied back to my post and he said he would direct me to the manager at this location and never heard from anyone and that was a few weeks back already.

Overall this was a nice gym; the facility was clean and the staff professional. However, there is just too much equipment in one place. Especially around the bench presses I felt like I was trying to squeeze my way around lifters and barbells. It's a very busy location so I see why there is so much equipment, but it just makes navigating the gym challenging.

BEWARE: lots of fees. They charged me $49 for downgrading my $20/multi-location membership to the $10/single-location, likely as a tactic to discourage people from downgrading to a cheaper plan. I'm sure it definitely costs $49 to click a button to switch memberships. They also make it to where you can't do it online yourself. I went in 3 prior times to ask the front desk about switching and was told the manager was the only person authorized to do it and they weren't there. Then suddenly today the front desk worker was able to do it, not just the manager.

Had EOS before pandemic. Got it again about 4 months ago. Haven't gone at all due to child care system being an issue. In order to go as my fiance and I want to do I'd have to go to the location every day in order to go every other day. Before you were able to call in and that system made sense. Driving there every day to work out every other day is very inconvenient. So... If I didn't have a kid, this would be great but definitely not what it used to be.Update: was told a refund was coming and nothing. Have reached out to district manager as well, nothing since our initial conversation. If you say you're going to refund money back either provide some details or stick around long enough to ensure the refund goes through. 8 days later I'm gonna guess it's not coming my way.

This is probably one of the lower end EOS locations. Don’t get me wrong the look and and openness of this gym is awesome but the bathroom would be nicer if the cleanliness was kept up. Also they have older model equipment and a lot of the cardio machines are very under kept. This does not stop me from enjoying a cycling class here once in a while. The child’s club is boring and doesn’t have the exciting activities like the 75th/encanto location. The staff was just talking and not even engaging the children probably because the staff looked uninterest in the kids. I will be coming back to this gym for more classes but unfortunately due to the lack of care and compassion in the kids club my son doesn’t want to come back.
