Love mountainside fitness! I usually go to Surprise but do visit Peoria from time to time and am always greeted with the same enthusiasm and exuberance I’m accustomed to. Big fan!

Had a 90 minute massage with krista and was able to move my arm without pain when she was done! Already scheduled another massage. She is wonderful and I highly recommend her.

Last week when leaving the gym I got into my car and it would not start. I went back into the gym and explained my dilemma to the Training Manager, Jordan who ultimately was a hero assisting me with my car issue. I felt his assistance was above and beyond the call of duty which is not surprising as Jordan is always accommodating, upbeat, and extremely professional.

This Gym ( all Mountainside Fitnesses) in the Valley of the Sun are top notch! The ONLY reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because I have complained as have other members, that they keep the Gyms much too warm in summer to no avail. I mainly use Peoria and Arrowhead and they are way too hot (75-78) on temp. Miserable at times. Please lower the temp to a comfortable setting . I’m not asking for a deep freeze, only asking to be comfortable!!!Thank you!!!!

I came from Lifetime Scottsdale, I visited Mountainside Peoria it was everything I needed and more .The equipment is great,each fitness area is clean and well kept. The locker rooms are clean.I am very impressed with everything Mountainside has to offer.Larry

I have been going to Mountainside Fitness for over a year and with the help of Spencer Martin, my personal trainer, my life has changed. At age 71, I feel terrific. I'm more physically fit today than I've been in 30 years. Spencer is not just a trainer, he's a friend who has more expectations of me than I have for myself. With his help, I'm doing physical trainingthat was literally impossible a short year ago. Mountainside is more than a gym, it's a lifestyle, one which encompasses a group of dedicated trainers and employees who spend their time working with people helping them maintain a healthy life. Thanks Spencer and all the folks who make Mountainside Fitness the best place to be.

Great place to workout and train. Spencer Martin our trainer is outstanding. I’ve been working out with him since April and it’s made a huge difference. I’ve been a runner for 30 years and his instruction has upped me to a new fitness level. Plus, he’s a pleasure to deal with.

Wife and I just moved here from Colorado and joined. We love it. Constantly being cleaned and wiped down, great variety of cardio equipment (love the Octane Lateral trainer) machines and free weights. Haven't tried the busy night time but we have never had an issue with finding vacant equipment when we go (0900 - 1200). Love that it has a variety of ages, shapes and sizes all focused on being fit.

I recently had the pleasure of receiving a full body massage by Misty. What a GREAT massage therapist! Very thorough with her technique, strong hands and professional demeanor. Her communication was excellent, regarding how I was processing the massage. As a chiropractor myself, it is great to experience the benefits of another professional, I highly recommend seeing her!
