Terrible customer services & sneaking business practices by regular employees and mangers.Do NOT get locked in with this company on a promo or regular plan, if you have to move, they will not transfer your membership for 90 days. I've just been charge an annnual fee for being there past the first month after the 30 day promo.They will take your money, they don't care about you or your fitness. I should have listened to all the bad YouTube videos, save yourselfs, time and money.#neverplantfitness #stay1000ftapart

I love PF! I joined in the summer of 2016, and during a tour of the gym that I signed up at, I was told to use whichever locker room I was comfortable with (I am genderfluid / non-binary). Very inclusive for the LGBT+ community!

I come in here 4 days a week in the mornings. It’s never over crowded. Has all the necessary machines I need personally. Tonka makes sure me and everyone I come in with has a good experience. He’s always super cool and helpful. It’s motivating when you have a worker like that at the door.
