My review might be a bit long but I want to give a full picture of my experience! I have been looking for a treadmill for a while now and a friend recommended SFE. After browsing their website, I placed a pickup order for a NordicTrack Z 1300i on October 29th. The website says pickup orders are typically ready within 24 hours, so I was hoping it would be ready for pickup the next day. When I didn’t hear anything on Sunday, I called Monday for an update and was told they build the machines on Monday’s which totally made sense! I waited throughout the week since their pickup days are listed as Saturday and Sunday. When I didn’t hear anything on Saturday, I called Sunday for an update and was told they were still working on it but to call back on Monday if I didn’t hear anything. I ended up needing to call back on Monday (Nov 7th) and was told by Leonard the treadmill was red tagged after assembling it and finding it wouldn’t start. A few hours later, the customer service team called and offered to upgrade our purchase to a NordicTrack EXP 7i at no extra cost! We accepted this offer and picked up the next day. I love my treadmill and am very very happy with the price and overall outcome! My one piece of advice for SFE is to improve the overall communication to their customers as I felt I was left in the dark a bit and had to do a lot of the legwork when it came to getting updates! I definitely plan to purchase from them again as my husband and I expand our home gym.

SFE was a savior during the pandemic as the only place to find weights and they didn't take advantage of the demand and go crazy on pricing. I have bought from them several times now and would recommend.

We are very happy with the service received from this store. Our salesperson, Leonard, was exceptional in his knowledge of the products and helping us find the perfect treadmill. The prices were far less than expected!Customer service went above and beyond in helping us resolve a registration issue with the iFIT subscription. All was worked out promptly and exactly as desired. We highly recommend this company, for not only their products and price, but for their overall 5-star service!

Customer service are very helpful, very impressed with my nordictrack treadmill x32i, easy to put together, pased a 5 mile test run so far so good, if you're in to saving $ I would definitely buy from them, thanks

Terrible. I ordered a refurbished treadmill and while I expected some dings and scratches, I was not expecting the motor to be so loud that I could hear it from another floor or outside the house. Weeks have gone by without responses.. and then I was referred to the warranty company who also ignores request. Avoid this company's products, Buyer beware. They sell it & then ignore you.

Ordered a rack and treadmill from here, great prices! Niley in customer service was great to me and went above and beyond! I will be ordering again as I continue to build out my home gym

I've been looking for a good treadmill, there are a lot of metrics to evaluate on treadmills. I called the store and their sales team was able to help me find the best treadmill for me, the x32i. Y'all, get your tread on! 🤙 plus I got a yoga mat for cheap. The little things! …

I’ve been looking for adjustable dumbbells for a while now but most of them are just over priced and frankly out of my price range. The dumbbell sets here are at least $50-100 less depending on what you’re looking for. $1.7 per pound is hard to beat! Very impressed with the quality and prices here.
