Got my adjustable dumbbells here and I love them! I'm thinking of expanding my home gym even more now and I'll definitely coming back for more equipment. They carry Nordictrack and other great brands at much lower prices than I've seen anywhere else.

I purchased a brand new NoricTrack S22i from SFE. I am not local to AZ so it was all done over the web. As you can imagine, I was nervous buying sight unseen. I had a specific version that I wanted and SFE had it. I had the pleasure of working with Mike and he was awesome!! In retail, you never truly “meet” your customer’s expectations - you either fall short or exceed them. I can tell you Mike exceeded my expectations and provided fantastic customer service. Bought the nordictrack 2950 for a great price. The box was damaged but the treadmill was perfect. Ordered the s22i bike and barbells a few months later. Everything arrived in perfect condition in about 2 weeks. I would definitely order from them again.

Look, if you're on the fence about buying a pricey bit of fitness equipment from some random store in Arizona because you'll save hundreds even after the shipping costs, just do it.I bought a Nordic Track 1750 treadmill from here way back in January and though the shipping took longer than I expected, it did arrive and in one piece after it's 1,500 mile journey about a month later. It's still working four months later and regularly gets 60+ miles ran on it a week.I can't attest to the issues others have had and my suspicion lies with the carriers that have shipped those pieces of equipment rather than the store themself.What I can say is that this random site delivers on their product.Edit: Be forewarned, at least with the treadmill I got, this thing shows up on a big pallet (that may require some disassembly) and the shipping company is probably not gonna help you deposit it wherever you want. Luckily I'm not a small guy and neither are my friends but I can see that being an issue for those who are smaller/older and are left with a 300+ lb box on their doorstep or driveway.

This place was highly reccomended by friends on a Facebook Fitness group. So I decided to buy a Nordictrack Studio Cycle as it was a great price.When the bike arrived, one of the parts was bent but Sports & Fitness sent me a new part quickly. I later had a problem with my bike and called Sports & Fitness, since it was still under their 90 day waranty. I was able to reach a live person quickly. The store person took the time to listen as I described the problem with the bike and reassured me that they would fix my bike. Not only did they fix my bike situation but offered to do a video chat dignosis to help me figure out what was wrong with another Nordictrack exercise machine that I bought directly from Nordictrack.

I purchased a Nordictrack S22i from Mike at Sports & Fitness Exchange on Facebook Marketplace. What a great experience! They all were very helpful in answering my questions and the bike is great! Don't hesitate to buy from them!

I bought a piece of equipment on sale, at a great price. And they put it together for me. There wound up being a problem with it, but they had me bring it in and resolved the issue with no hassle. They actually went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I'll definitely be a repeat customer and am talking my friends into buying some equipment.

Update: they are now claiming I am outside of the warranty window and I must pay for the damaged parts because they postponed sending my replacement parts for 7 months. SCAMMERS - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Wish I could give less than one star.I really regret ordering from them. I paid to have an elliptical shipped to me and it arrived damaged in several places. I received the elliptical in January and still have not received replacement parts or refund for the $350 I paid for shipping. They have just been bouncing me around and not giving me any confirmation that the replacement parts have been ordered. Absolute worst customer service. Do NOT pay for items to be shipped from them!

Purchased a NordicTrack 1750 Commercial on July 12. Unit arrived 2 weeks later damaged with a wiring harness sliced in half. After 10 days of promising to send out a new wiring harness, still have nothing. Nearly a month later, all I have is a fully assembled treadmill collecting dust. One day the wiring harness will arrive. Praying that the sliced wire is the only problem with the treadmill. Horrible experience. First time buying open box/floor model and it will be the last time. BUY NEW or from a local store.
