I give it a one because if there staff young kicks that always help out, other then that i had been looking for gym for a while until one day i received by mail a flyer saying "no hidden fees or no contract", its a lie i reported them to BBB , beacuse I wanted to cancel 4 months in to it they pulled up a contract I blindly signed when I signed up to the gym they only asked me to sign the electranic pad without me seeing what I was signing I trusted the employee who told me I was signing waivers.make sure you know what u sign.. in all clean gym , clean staff .

So clean and friendly.... but please wifi wont you please be functional consistently...overall for only spending a tiny bit on membership its unheard of to receive 1st rate customer relations anywhere else...you guys seriously figured out that company morale thing....not even one straggler or fb checker in the bunch.

I love this gym...I had my doubts but I'm 60 lbs down and loving the gains. I don't care what people say about pf but I love it... the staff great the equipment is sufficient and I love the calmness.

This place is awesome. Was just visiting in the area and stopped by for a workout. Its really big and clean. Probably the best Planet Fitness that I've been to outside of the new tustin location.

Clean location with friendly employees. I canceled my membership a year ago but would love to return. Unfortunately there was no option to put my membership on hold, so I canceled it completely. I wish they had an option for holding memberships.

I really love the staff and the gym itself. Just a gym for beginning people like myself. The staff are really kinda and nice around here. It’s a place I can begin so I can progress farther and maybe upgrade to a more intense gym.-Tony Huynh

I love this place. The staff is helpful! Great customer service from the manager, Kaine! It’s a place where you can build friendships and relationships.Feels just like being in a community, everyone is educating and elevating.

One of the cleanest locations I’ve been to. Love they only have stand up tanning for sanitary purposes. Staff is always friendly and enjoy using our black membership here.

The gym membership is very affordable and there are plenty of machines to use. I ended up canceling my membership within a month, though, because the lack of free weight bars for bench presses, squats and deadlifts made me realize I wouldn’t accomplish my fitness goals here.If you’re okay with exercising without those 3 compound lifts, this is the perfect gym for you.

Amazing gym! Love this place wouldn't go anywhere else. I go every day and love the place. It's so friendly and amaxing. They serve pizza all the time. And the waters and muscle milk is very refreshing after a good work out!
