I have been a member for about a year and I really enjoy this gym and the people who work there. Yes, it's no "luxury" gym but the fees are very reasonable and the equipment works and I don't feel the social pressure there like I do with more expensive gyms. I've started training sessions and I always feel comfortable with the trainers; they make me feel safe and yet still push me hard which is what I need!

When covid hit, I lost access to my office building’s gym and had been looking for a convenient gym to get back into shape after a too many snacks and lack of activity. I decided to give TFF a shot and I’m so glad I did! They have multiple locations, are affordable (and run specials all the time including a free trial), and have kept their gyms running smoothly even with everything going on. There are extra sanitizing wipes and sprays pretty much everywhere, and they do require patrons to wear their mask when coming and going. I go 5-6 times a week and it’s almost never too crowded or a long wait for any machine I’m needing. I’d highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a good quality gym!Edit/update 5/21/21: As a girl working out on my own I can say that now after months going there, I have had a great experience still! Such an awesome true gym. If you want fancy things like smoothies and what not this might not be for you, but if you want a friendly staff who notices your gains physically and confidence wise... this is your place! The trainers are super friendly and outgoing and no I do not pay for training, but they treat everyone like they are truly a member of the family. I’m so extremely happy I picked to come here! The price alone is amazing but the staff and their willingness to help out is top notch. You won’t regret this gym!

My husband and I really enjoy this place. Staff is friendly and helpful. The trainers I have worked with are very knowledgeable. Debbie is very encouraging and always so prepared for my sessions. She makes sure we don't waste a minute. I am working hard the whole time with her. She's fantastic! They do a pretty good job of making sure there are sanitizer stations handy and working properly so you can wipe down equipment. I love the upstairs walking track. And there's a separate workout room just for women. Great place!

I LOVE THIS GYM!!! It is so affordable and everyone is so kind! The gym manager knows us by name and the kids care lady is the sweetest! My kids love going to the gym and so do I! There are great classes for all levels and equipment is very well spaced! I especially love the ladies only area. I can workout without feeling self conscious! 10 stars for Texas Family Fitness!

Had a great workout and experience overall at this location. It was my first time visiting and the staff was friendly and provided me a tour. The gym is huge and it has a 90s/y2k vibe to it, which I liked. They have tons of amenities and even have an indoor track. It’s very organized and not packed at all. My only complaint is there weren’t enough sanitizing stations and some of the equipment/free weights are out-dated and are beginning to rust. Other than that, very solid place to workout at.

I have been going to this gym for almost a year now. The staff is super friendly and the gym is well laid out where you are able to get a good workout in without the over crowded feel of a corporate gym. This gym is perfect for everyone of every fitness level. I highly recommend them!!

I've been around gyms looking for the best of worlds in price and faculty and what they had was perfect. I was paying more at a much smaller gym. Only con for me is this gym is a bit far for me. They have various plans. I got the plan where I can always bring a gym buddy for free. Being able to bring a friend has been awesome.

Great staff and facility! Two floors and really friendly front desk attendants. The GM Mo is always ready to help when needed, very respectable. Hermon has always been such a nice greeter, great way to start a workout.
