I've been with this place since 2019. This place was a solid 5 star before COVID. Staff were very friendly and spent alot of time cleaning. Now, staff seem limited to mostly trainers. Recently, most evening regulars are young guys working-out shirtless, rubbing their sweaty bare chest and back throughout the gym equipment, and would not wipe the equipment down after use. Several cardio machines are sticky and dusty. Will be moving onto a different gym. Sanitation and modesty is not common here in the evening. Enforce a dress code and spend more time with sanitizing the facility!

I like this gym because it is convenient and not pricey. It has what I need. The only downside for me is it is too hot in the summer, I cannot workout as long as I like because of the heat 🥵 they do have fans, but it is not enough. Wish something could be done! …

Signed up for a membership, and it changed my life. I lost over 200lbs at this gym.I had tried other gyms but they felt judgmental, yet the staff at WOA is so friendly and accommodating. If you don’t have a gym and you want to get in shape, WOA in my opinion is the only option!

This is easily the nicest and most fun gym i have ever been a member at. They have the warmest staff and always have some kind of interesting contest, game, or project going to inspire people to become more deeply involved in their fitness journey and wanting to come back for more. I came for the 24/7 schedule, but stayed for everything else. Down 30lbs and keep coming back for more 💪🏼Love WOAT Plano!

Never crowded. Super helpful staff and all the machines necessary. Downside after 2 year here. If you don't have enough funds when they process payment, there is a $20 charge. $20? Absurd. Edit* Cancelled because we're moving, your forced to pay another month if you don't cancel a month ahead. How does me cancelling a month ahead affect anyone's business? Gym is fine, administration is trash.
