Great clean place, friendly staff, not so busy so you get to workout in peace without having to worry about an overcrowded gym! Any questions ask for Hosea and he will take great care of you!

I live in Portland, OR and I am down here in Minnesota for my sister's wedding. I have the week to myself along with the black membership. As soon as I walked in, I felt welcomed. The facility was clean and upgraded (compared to Murrayhill, Beaverton). Rich, the trainer, was fantastic and gave me a personal core session. I was very impressed by his passion and experience. I came here to do my workout, which consists of throwing all of the weights at the ground and screaming loudly, and some alarm goes off. I thought that was pretty weird but when it happened again I got kicked out and banned for “being a lunk”, whatever that means.
