The only issue I have with this gym the people who will not use the machine and then get off. They have telephone conversations while sitting on the machine not allowing other members to be able to use it. They use free weights in between reps and block you from using the machine while they are using the weights, etc. The workers should be walking around monitoring this and they never do. And when people are using the treadmills, ellipticals, etc. they should not be allowed to have their phones on speaker. It is so distracting. Again, would be nice if the staff walked around and stopped this when it happens.

I still believe the value is fair to good, because of variety exercise equipment they provide is excellent. The staff are the best, friendly and always professional. I couldn't ask for better group of people! Although what Planet fitness did I think was shameful, changing hours from 24/7. Its how they went about it. The hours changed with Covid pandemic, which led to their excuse to reduced available hours. Then later the hours were changed permanently. I use to love being able to conveniently having time to come in and exercise anytime. The general services need improvement. The showers and bathrooms need improvement. The showers have cold to below adequate warm temperature. Also there are frequent times when bathroom services are discusting can't flush, stopped up filthy, don't work, and or there is only one.

Since we were in the area, we decided to try them out. The staff is friendly and helpful. The facility was nice, organized, and clean. I recommend this place. I gave them 4 stars only because they don't wear face masks.

If you’re in need of a hot or even a warm shower don’t bother coming here. There is no hot water at any time of day on any day of the week and there never will be, no matter how long you let the water run. It’s been an issue for years now and all they have to say is that it’s an old building and maybe someday a random “maintenance team” might stop by.For a nice locker room and a cleaner, more tidy gym hit the one on Victory Blvd instead.
