Relaxing environment and well located, easy to get to and plenty of parking, staff was friendly and welcoming, had no trouble getting into a routine and getting back to working out.

Very clean, variety of workout equipment and no having to wait to get on the equipment you want to use(or at least I didn't have to). Reception was friendly all the machines were in pristine condition. All around good experience.
