I canceled my and my wife's membership on May 17th, went in and signed the pad and everything. Then, I got charged the monthly fee again on June 17th. I called to say I got charged again for my canceled memberships and supposedly got my accounts canceled again and refunded. Then, I got charged AGAIN on July 17th. This time when I called, there was no manager present, and the person told me his manager would call me when they got in to cancel my accounts and refund me again. No manager called me, and I got charged AGAIN on August 17th. I am about ready to utilize legal action to prevent Planet Fitness from stealing anymore money from me.

Planet Fitness had told me I was able to transfer from their facility to another facility with no problems. $99 Members CANNOT transfer your membership when you move. They miss led me and they will you do the same to you

I love the pf90 express workout, but people jump the rotation for the leg press and chest press all day every day. It's frustrating to do 6 machines in a row, then someone to come in and jump on bench just as i need it. Also, I am not a fan of the outdated dress code.

I had a good workout today! I will glad when they go back to 24 hours!

Meh , this gym just got remodeling done on the inside and it seemed to make a small gym even Smaller !... I read some other reviews about the restrooms being dirty . That guy was right . Hopefully with this remodeling being done they will take some more time to keep their new restrooms clean. With as many people always standing around at the counter there is no reason it should be as dirty as it was . Paper towel rolls always empty ... Don't mean to complain. But come on now it isn't that hard lol.The last complaint about this location is it isn't open 24 hours yet ??? The signs outside , online , radio etc...say 24 Hours ..I understand Covid happened but the gym is open , no one is made to wear mask now . With as many people that are military or have rotation shifts we need what we are paying for. We don't need a phone number to call . Go 24 Hours or change the sign . Heck give us a discount because we can't use what we were told we are paying for ..^^^^^ This part will come down when is goes 24 hrs.^^^^Front counter service workers are always respectful and helpful.Update from above post . Date 9/5/2021Over a month since originally posting the above post . Still paying full price for a gym that advertises 24 hours and it isn't 24 hours . And the remodeling has been taking place for well over a month on and off . Hope it's finished soon .

Planet fitness is not the issue management is!I lost my job during the pandemic, l contacted via email to ask them to discontinue my membership. It should never take 1.5yrs to get this company to stop deducting money from your account. I often wondered how they stay open now.l know!It's a great gym, spotless always, temperature is always on point. The equipment is the best & if it breaks they are fast getting repairs.

Visiting from out of town and went during a early afternoon on Sunday. Pretty much had the place to ourselves. Large space, just like all PFs. Nice locker rooms. They appear to be doing a bit of renovations at the time. No music playing in the building which was a bit odd. Cleaning stations all over the place. Guy at the front desk was nice. Overall good experience here.

No complaints. Been going here for years. Nice chill atmosphere.

Peace, price,atmosphere and exercise. What more can you say for a great place to give it your all. So far, it's been great.
