Great value. I've lost 20 pounds since I signed up. All the machines and weights you want, none of the fuss or cost you don't want.

Work out here 5 day s a week most of the time and it is always great. Staff is friendly and place is well equipped and always clean.

Great place. Just wish the workers would pay more attention to people who don't clean equipment after use and walk around more to clean instead of behind the counter.

It's exactly what you sign up for. A real basic gym with a ton of treadmills/stair steppers/elipticals etc. But pretty basic weights. Perfect for people starting out and it's only $10

Moved out of town for work and called to cancel my membership and was told I had to come in person or mail a letter to cancel. I’m 25 hours away and work 72 hour weeks so getting time to round postage and stamps and waiting on a mailed letter to arrive being my only option just seems beyond insane to me. The person I talked to on the phone said I could have someone come in for me but how is that better than just cancelling with me on the phone? Just because you want to be difficult? I travel for work so I don’t know anyone there. Going to have my bank block the transactions which they will charge me a fee for but it’s the best option. Planet fitness is nationwide so they seemed like a good option (and I’ve used them before) even though everywhere I go doesn’t have one, but I will not be using this gym ever again. Unwilling to work with me, garbage service, rude. I’d rather pay $40-$60 a month for a gym not run by brain dead individuals that can’t accomplish a simple request to keep a returning customer.

I looove PF but not this location. One of the things at made me move to PF was how clean the staff kept it, and how it didn't smell like a stinky gym. Looking this PF on the outside looked like all the others. Once I was inside it was another story. The building smelled absolutely disgusting. I usually to to my home gym in Norfolk and sometimes the one in VA Beach and have NEVER smelled anything as potent. Maybe because the staff is ALWAYS CLEANING. I typically spend 1 hr at the gym, and that day the staff never once came around to clean anything. Maybe they were short staffed.

I have visited many plant fitness over the country as I am an over the road truck driver. It appears after 5pm the hot water is turned off in the shower. Some PF locations I have been to the hot water was off at 2pm in the afternoon and you had to be a "black card member" to use the message chair, bed and tanning booth. LA Fitness here I come at lease I know will have hot water in the shower no matter what time I hit the gym.

I’ve been a member before in another area this one is comparable. I like their layout. They have most of the machines I like and I love that they are 24/7. I would like it if the had some more lat machines for abs. They only have one kind and it uses weights instead of bands and it also doesn’t allow for isolation of the laterals. They have the zone training area but the stations don’t have instructions to say what exercise is supposed to be done at each so I’ve not figured out how useful it is. My last PF had pictures at each station demonstrating the exercise. But overall great gym and well worth the cost for the convenience.

I love my workouts! Been a member for over a year.Love all the staff.Always smiling and always helpful.The machines are well kept and areas are clean.I have attended classes with Ramone. I am seeing results.Very happy!! This is my happy place.

Good place to work out. Lots of great machines to exercise on. No one bothers you but are very helpful when you need help. Very clean and I have worked out there 3 times a week. Love it. Made friends there. Thank you planet fitness getting my body in shape.
