Walked in and the front desk person did not acknowledge my presence. Didn't realize it is a self scan. Had to kill a bug by the smith Machines. But the place looks brand new. And the locker room is nice.

I went in today to talk to the representatives about some fees I wasn't aware of. I was pretty intimidated walking in and seeing the 4 men upfront but they were so helpful! I was able to get my money refunded from the bank and overall I love this gym and its environment. They also reminded me of my yearly fee coming up so I wouldn't be surprised with that cost :)

Brand New equipment ,very clean and not very busy ....was able to have a good workout with out waiting for any equipment

Love going here and working out. The evening staff are not very helpful though, it seems they would prefer to hold the floor down and play on their phones more than help people out.

I know I already gave you guys a great review, but I needed to give one again. Today I was about to leave the gym and a staff member gave me a sticky note on the way out. As I was walking away I turned it over and it said "I am strong, I am confident." This made my day. As a plus sized person I struggle with being comfortable at the gym and planet fitness has helped me feel like I have an environment where I can be confident and feel comfortable exercising. Thank you guys again, you are all amazing.

We went for awhile and it was great and very clean. When cancelling we had some issues but then the manager helped us out to get it all fixed! Very happy

Was really nice everyone was good about distancing as well as wiping off the equipment while I was there. Had a really good stretch and workout, had every machine/equipment I needed as well as ones I didn't know that I needed. Staff was really nice too. Wasn't able to go to the spa at this visit but it looked nice.

Such a great gym. Clean and doesn't get too busy. Shame the staff are rude and very distasteful.
