Great gym! New equipment and lots of it, not at all crowded and probably the best value out there. Highly recommended!

Love this gym. There are so many machines, never have had an issue with getting on a machine when I wanted to. It’s clean and the staff are friendly.

I think that the gym as a structure and its machines is very good, but the cleanliness of the bathroom is not. Many employees but are we the ones who clean the machines and the toilets? Come on guys, let's do it!

Horrible customer service!!! The ppl at the front don't acknowledge ppl walking in, they are having their own conversation. Heaven forbid asking them something, they seem irritated. Hands down the worst gym ive ever been too.

They try to keep this place "clean" but they are not using the right chemicals. Those foggy mirrors are driving me crazy! Please use a different product to clean them or maybe use a professional company that comes to do deep cleaning. The new workers are not doing the best work 🤷 …

Very clean and big gym that has everything you need and friendly staff.. My only complaint is the matrix/ cable crossover fly machine doesn't have labels on weights. Makes it difficult on how much weight I’m using.

Here on a Thursday about noon, about 30 people in here, larger facility, the one negative is there are only two fans, and those are over the cardio area there are no other fans over the other areas, a facility this large should have at least two more. Otherwise very clean, staff at the front counter we're polite. No active walking around and cleaning up the machines or preventive maintenance. Good parking outside. Ceiling is completely painted black, a lot of others are painted white which increased the lighting and the look of the whole area.

The worst customer service! Not friendly and when you need to use your black card services no one is at the desk to be found. Even when someone is at the desk to be found the employees act put out to help. Do yourself a favor and find a different gym. There have even been times where a sign was taped to the desk that said call this number for help. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but my last straw was when I brought a guest my son and he was told he could not sit on the sofa and wait for me bc he is not a black card member. He has waited in that same spot numerous times before. I was told this is policy that only black card members can sit on the sofa. WHAT?!?! Then why did the other employee that checked me in say nothing! Nothing is consistent here except for the lack of service. See the picture of the unattended desk and sign...
