Jed is the man. Recently moved back and was checking out this location and he was super helpful! Great customer service. Y’all are still crazy with your fees tho… cost me an arm and a leg to keep them rates… sheesh…

Had a membership and primarily used this location for about two years. Always dirty and bathrooms were disgusting! Finally had enough and decided to switch to a better gym. Also, like other reviews say, be aware of the fees. You're going to end up paying a bit more that what you think you're signing up for.

It’s not as nice as I thought it would be. The bathrooms are ugly and low quality. But the cíñala cardio room is great.

The people are great, the trainers are so experienced and knowledgeable. The best gym I've been to... But the manager Tristan is a nightmare and doesn't know how to run a gym and it shows.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ These are for the workers, I've been going here for over a year and Ive been there longer than most trainers. If you wanna work here, just don't until she leaves.

It seems to have only the hand me down equipment from other gyms. Never enough mats, often waiting for machines and stretching in random spots because no room on turf. Would love to see an update in equipment and get rid of the cardio cinema and and more machines.

Vasa asked me to review the Provo location. It’s terrible. Leaky roof, missing and mismatched dumbbells, and machines are always broken.

Location is convenient; quality is terrible. Most equipment here is old and damaged. What equipment they have there isn't enough of, so you'll frequently find yourself waiting on someone else. Glass walls have huge cracks running through them, which seems like a safety hazard. Something is always out of order in the bathroom. TVs and the channels on them look like they're out of the 2000s. Honestly looks like all of their renovation money went to the exterior. I'd easily spend the extra 20min round trip to get to the Spanish Fork location. It's a night and day difference

Overcrowded, scammy, unhelpful customer service. Wife and I used to go a lot and then they got overcrowded. Tried to cancel my plan and they made me pay a “rate lock” fee of $55 when I’m cancelling. This company just has issues and wants your money while providing a very average service. Check other gyms before signing up here because the process of cancelling was painful and insanely apathetic

It’s a pretty oof place. Lots of hidden fees to only pay “$10” a month, including a $50 yearly “low rate locked fee”. So you’re more like paying $20 - $30 a month if that’s how you’re looking at it. Gym is decent and that but nothing fancy. And cancellation fees are racked. They have to squeeze as much as they can out of it.
